t Afternoon all!

Upholding tradition, Bath is about to complete a rout against Exeter, which is nice! biggrin

Also, another tradition is being competed on that there R. Thames with the annual Boat Race between 'students' of the two (2) historic Universities, held since 1829, which yesterday would have been 1729, and no mistake!! bounce

The 'Ladies' of Cambridge prevailed yet again, and we await a double when the 'Men' get on the water?? 6/4 Cambs....?

IOTN: Filet de beouf avec champignons au pomme de terre sautée, et fèves au lard, for Tea!

Home, Sunday m4 traffic is shocking..

Asha just slept on the mx5 passenger seat all the way home.

Daughters car is rescued and has 20 litres of fuel in it.
He who must be shamed was summoned to accept 10kg of spuds, a bag of shopping and to help put the fuel in, thought he could do the smelly job.
Even then its barely reading on the gauge ! Still under a quarter. At least its back at there house and he can now take it to mot tomorrow.

Spud in the oven for a jacket spud I've a sirloin steak and some onions to caramelise which is sll timed after the engand game.

Asha has been fed and has settled on the sofa, so alls well...

Thank you Bobbers. I have a regular prize from the NS&I and that provides my wager for the munf! It's up to me to increase that amount, or not, but whatever I accumulate is donated to a charity of my choice!

Enjoy your last night at Nidd Hall, and a safe journey home tomorrow.

They are probably lurking in the lint trap behind the flap situated low down on the front of your washing machine... But there probably won't be enough for Granny Schmidt to fashion into a novel item of knitwear

Thank you glenners. I must make special mention to my Turf Accountant who kindly provided very favourable odds, as he knows of my donations, and does everything he can to support the causes too.

He will be relieving me of other wagers in due course, and no mistake!
