Underpants are just a passing stage between nappies.

Having had a testicular operation I’m all for people having opinions about underwear.

Used to wear boxers, don’t any longer.

Jock straps were something I forgot about in the 80s but now wear them for running as I value the support.

Briefs the rest of the time.

I don’t do y fronts, I have standards.

Go cotton as polyester ones will eventually stink and aren’t good at containing the odd drip smile. If you’re extremely precious about the Crown Jewels learn about cotton thread lengths and buy supima but that’s not necessary.

Oh and they’re called kacks, I haven’t use the word underpants in years.

This post isn’t entirely true but elements of it are.

Slightly confused.... Was genuinely not me, would love the random holiday thing but no such luck :-(

As for dribble and skid marks, a shower after the morning poo / before getting dressed solves the skid mark side of things and erm being an adult I'm not in the habit of pulling my jeans up before finishing a wee :-)
Reminds me of the joke about the old boy who was not feeling too well.

His wife took him to the doctors who after an examination said to him " I will need a sample of your urine, stools and semen for analysis"

Being a bit deaf the old boy turns to his wife and says "What did he say"

"He wants a pair of your underpants" she replied.

Step one. They're not cheap but amazingly comfy and I wouldn't buy anything else now
Definitely these, very comfortable!
I bought a couple of pairs of step ones on a whim when I needed some new boxers, I quickly followed that with another 8 pairs, they are very comfy, very supportive and great at preventing thigh rub when hiking too!

Do please keep the recommendations coming!

I have been unimpressed with last Christmas's M&S hipster trucks - no luggage space.

So I bought a pair of Step One after reading this thread. They are very comfortable, but a little longer in the leg than I wanted. And £18.

So next it has been Oddballs, which are a more reasonable £10 each. These are huge for an M. Am hoping they shrink in the wash, otherwise I'm on to the next recommendation.

DKNY packs from TKMaxx. Last forever, as long as you wash them.

Under Armour trunk style. Can't wear them out, elasticity good and the leg parts don't ride up. I've got a few pairs that are still going strong after 15yrs
