I thought that "The Illustrtaed Man" was a book written by Ray Bradbury.
Yes,you are right, I thought it was a short story, but it's a 1951 collection of short stories with a sci-fi theme.

Elton John's Rocket Man was inspired by the book.

Pete Sinfield. Founder member of the band King Crimson.
He also provided the words for Greg Lake's perennial festive hit I Believe In Father Christmas, which first charted in 1975, and for Celine Dion's Think Twice.

Howard Hughes.

Capital breakfast and BBC radio presenter.

Although I mainly knew him from his "The Unexplained with Howard Hughes" podcast which I listened to for many years.

He's going to be a massive miss for those who followed him. He always came across like a genuinely nice bloke.
There was me, hoping he’d be back on the air soon when I saw this sad news. Sunday nights will never be the same.
I think I’ll start listening to the podcasts again from the start

There have been comments flooding in from all over the world on his social media pages. I had never realised how popular he was. He was very much in touch with his audience and will be a miss.

The podcasts will keep you going for a long time. I'm thinking about doing the same myself.

Ah this sucks. Used to enjoy the unexplained on Sunday nights and was a bit confused why he came off the air earlier in the year.

Hopefully he’s getting some explanations now.

There’s so many JP quotes out there, Tony (Blair) your wife earns £250k a year, my wife spends £250k a year in response to MP’s salaries.

Knowing he always got maligned for being a ships steward early in his career (why?), I can’t help thinking if it was Rachel Reeves that would become Captain of the QE2.

We docked next to it in NYC once. It's really small.
