That would be even more council. The people with Stokes, and then tipping it all over the place, are trying too hard.

Where I lived there were a few houses near the local park painted cream, apparently they were council houses. Came complete with someone with a horse in the back garden.

My 17 year old nephew has a disabled parking permit. I've played basket ball with him.
He's autistic, ADHD, and has some serious joint issues. Plus gets very tired. Occassionaly he needs a wheelchair.
Just because someone has a mobility scooter doesn't mean that for a few minutes they can't exhibit normal.nobility.

No assumptions were made. It was the overall spectacle that was council.

Nah, only Tom Sawyer has that. He keeps it quiet though as he doesn't like the Limelight (got him nicked when he was driving his Red Barchetta but he felt he was the victim of a Witchhunt)
