Only council people think tats aren’t council.

It’s the same as smoking, vaping or playing the lottery.

I agree with that, and I'd add those people who squirt ketchup or brown sauce all over the food on the plate.

Surely only council if it’s Aldi own brand ketchup and Daddies brown sauce.
Not council if it’s Stokes sauce.

That would be even more council. The people with Stokes, and then tipping it all over the place, are trying too hard.
Also, brand quoting, expecting it to make something not council = council

Thinking tattoos aren't council is pretty council.
I think one very small tattoo that is out of view 99% of the time is not council. Sleeve tattoos or “hate” across the forehead are.
Thinking tattoos aren't council is pretty council. Still.

Actually it's way more complicated than that in some cases (swyer syndrome for girls (XY), or Turner syndrome (1X)) and for boys (Klinefelter syndrome XXY)

But you knew that.

Where I lived there were a few houses near the local park painted cream, apparently they were council houses. Came complete with someone with a horse in the back garden.

Today sat in a jam, I observed a young-man riding a mobility scooter weaving through the stationary lanes of traffic to cross the road. Whereupon a blue plastic shopping back fell off the the pip-charriot dispensing cans of lager onto the road. The young gentleman got to the pavement, looked over his shoulder perplexed with fag in mouth at the lost bounty, and quick as a flash jumped up out of the scooter and nimbly darted between the cars retrieving the rolling cans.
My 17 year old nephew has a disabled parking permit. I've played basket ball with him.
He's autistic, ADHD, and has some serious joint issues. Plus gets very tired. Occassionaly he needs a wheelchair.
Just because someone has a mobility scooter doesn't mean that for a few minutes they can't exhibit normal.nobility.

Defending malingering benefit fraudsters .. Council

Making the assumption that your hero is probably claiming something he's not really entitled to..... Council
No assumptions were made. It was the overall spectacle that was council.

Jumping to conclusions -
I remember a mate of mine having to stand and drag his wheelchair through the mud at Glastonbury a few years ago. There were some confused faces watching him biggrin

Nah, only Tom Sawyer has that. He keeps it quiet though as he doesn't like the Limelight (got him nicked when he was driving his Red Barchetta but he felt he was the victim of a Witchhunt)
