Sage 3 is -shave, then draw them back on in a cartoonish fashion

I'm guess that it is some sort of council favourite...

I'm trying to work out what lamination refers to. Is it something to do with thin sheets of wood stuck together or more exotic materials like carbon fibre? Come to that, can delamination result in accidents or serious injury?

I asked Mrs D, and she says it is basically like some sort of hairspray situation but for eyebrows to make them bushier. Presumably it darkens the vellous hairs. She says it's especially popular with millennial ladies who want to remain trendy, as they plucked their eyebrows to within an inch of their lives so can't get the "I accidentally stuck two fake moustaches to my face" look otherwise.

As an older millennial, I was fortunate to come of age during a time when ladies sported well-managed topiary. Can any of our younger members confirm; do the biffs match the eyebrows these days? I can't imagine how weird it would be for a woman to have the "Oscar the Grouch" eyebrows but not have a similarly hirsute lady garden.

Yep, I recently had the misfortune to be in London when a large football match was on at Wembley, the contrast between the crowds that go to a football match and those to a rugby match at Twickenham couldn't be more stark...
