I thought I could feel a downdraught! smile
Feeling and enjoying are two different things, I think.

Is this a good time to issue a new version of the code book?
I'm pretty sure Donald Trump has stolen the old one.

So, been out to three Kringwinkel's this afternoon, in the posh bits of Antwerp. I wanted a massive wooden carved African lady for 14.5 Euros but mrs B said no.

Bought some nice dresses for granddaughter and some unicorns.

Then drove back and retired to the local cafe and more beer...

Triple d'anvers on draught... just 8.5%

I’m not liking your disrespect for the area where I have been forced to move. Durham, Darlo, Seaham are fine places connected to our industrial past.

Seaham? scratchchin Isn't that where they filmed the bleak scene depicting Michael Caine's character disposing of "Eric" in that coal mine spoil hopper conveyer across the beach and down into the grey leaden sea in "Get Carter"?

P5BNij would know. He was our resident expert.
I wonder where he is? frown

Your temporary residence looks reasonably robust, Bobbers.
It should last until your scheduled departure.

Durham Cathedral is very beautiful if you're planning to visit it.
In fact it's still beautiful even if you're not...

But I must warn you: it is quite old.

I suppose that's why I feel a certain empathy with it.
We've both had a bit of maintenance work done recently.

But it's looking much better than I. :sigh:

I've just watched a film with Michael Cane in that is somewhat different to Get Carter, but still very good.

I can heartily recommend Miss Congeniality

I did my jury service in Durham this year. The court is conveniently positioned next to the jail. If we were still in the UK bobbers we could have met up for a libation.

I can heartily recommend Paige Turner, Chatelaine of the Library in Trivton Magna. Probably for different reasons.

Early morning drop-off for sons partner doing a carboot/street market, took the opportunity of us having the car as they don't drive.
Still not sunrise...

Lovely pic of Mrs Slopes and Daughter.

Slopes I have a mental picture of you looking like a Penguin. Am I right or am I right.
