Hmmmm. I thought "Forces Family Favourites" ( as it was called earlier ) was broadcast after the comedy programmes. But I am thinking of the late '50s. It's more than likely that they changed the scheduling when the new decade dawned. /notoriously unreliable memory
The BBC can be fickle like that.
