Second one is correct.
The apostrophe shows possession, except in the word its, when it is used to show contraction (If I have used my terms correctly! )
Yes "it's" is a shortened form of "it is" so "its" (possessive) is correct. There are many instances of this common error highlighted in this thread.

Indeed, possessive pronouns (his hers ours yours theirs) don't take the apostrophe...

apart from "one's", that does. Work that one out.

I,ll be pondering the spec of my pending Macan until it's build date middle of 2017, the demo I have at present has a Bose, but as in my 991 I,m not particularly impressed with sound in either to be honest, but I,ve not heard the standard hifi yet. Is it really that bad I need the Bose as a minimum? Has anyone had any aftermarket enhancements done to the sound system?

I don't know anyone who has one who hasn't replaced there's AT LEAST ONCE. Only last weekend one of my mates (who's on his 3rd unit, 2 x Gen 1, 1 x Gen 2) who's battery drained and they said to send it back, so that'll be his 4th unit. I think he's being far too patient ...
