My current macros are pretty similar, though a bit higher on carbs, bit lower fats. Total Cals are a bit higher too
I'm probably a coach potato in comparison to you for daily routine. I think because I do very little daily it means I can get away with eating less than you'd expect.
I'm probably going to lower protein a bit and up carbs though. This was what it worked out at for my first weeks worth of prep.

Surprised so many people still eat junk food, like whey and casein. They can damage the heart, kidneys, liver, blood, and bones. There's a reason most bodybuilders die young (not just steroid abuse).
"Most bodybuilders" ?Some do die young, but so do a lot of inactive lardy folk, so do some fit and healthy people, and those that have died, typically have been at the more extreme ends of the sport with some correspondingly extreme substance use.
You were telling us how our reactions are knackered by the time we hit 40 the other day, so we may as well have a delicious Vanilla Protein shake and end it all.

dream of being able to eat anywhere near that many calories per day again, currently stuck on a couple of thousand recovering from "cultivating mass" over the last couple of years.
It's good and bad. Good side is foooooood
Downside (imo) is food cost. It's still small because I skimp but could easily be £10 a day if I weren't careful.
You should just become a mass monster instead

I see you as a special case though. You are a power lifter, aren't you? Power lifters need the size to lift heavier weight, way beyond mere mortals. Aesthetics is secondary at best, what matters is lifting that weight, would that be a fair comment?Good side is foooooood

I get too much pain in my knees once I hit ~120kg and I start waddling. Has been fun seeing whats underneath as I have cut back, I had a bunch of shirts I fitted into ~18 months ago that are now a couple of inches to narrow to even attempt doing up across my chest (not belly). Good side is foooooood

Eating more is one way to increase the speed you can add weight to your lifts, anybody stuck on a plateau that hasn't tried it should, but it is possible to lift stupid weights and be "skinny": 766-pound squat, 441 bench, and now-legendary 826 deadlift @ ~200 lbs

My daily macros recently, no supps involved.
Only supplement I do take is a preworkout called predominate which is a performance booster rather than stim.
You should switch it out for more carbs... And eat more veggys!

I will laugh if you don't hold the same views about baby formula.chris watton said:

Strongman but Powerlifting is part of it to a degree, just don't need bench To a degree mass moves mass, it's just good vs bad mass. I have more bad mass than needed which I'll sort out soon. (he says)

Don't take this the wrong way!You should switch it out for more carbs... And eat more veggys!
Too high based on what?
I agree it's a smidge high but I dosed my tubs up wrong and made a weeks worth.
I plan to bring it down to 300ish and up the carbs.
As for veggies, don't swear at me

Can i assume the Granade / Carb Killa protein bars are in fact entirely full of sugar and horrendous for you given they taste so good? The ingredients on the face of it don't look that bad.... (sticking on tin hat).
IIRC, the Grenade ones are reasonably unique in their low sugar content. You're right to be wary though, a lot of protein bars marketed at people training have some horrendous ingredients.Gassing Station | Health Matters | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
