Phat Fighters Q4
Discussion
Well its the first of October on Sunday.
So if you want to track Q4 do it here.
I think I might change the tabulation for Q4 as the way I have been doing it in Q2 and Q3 makes it difficult to accommodate newcomers that aren't in within the first few days of the quarter.
Dreadful Q2 and Q3 for me. I'm determined to have a great Q4. Its a slightly truncated quarter really. I'm going to call time on it in the few days before christmas (cos we're all going to have plenty of mince pies, celebrations and quality street in the last week of the quarter).
So lets have a concerted effort so our shirts fit nicely for Christmas party season...

I'm in for Q4.
Achieved my target for Q3 - 85kg down to 80kg so I'll aim for the same again - 80kg down to 75kg by Christmas.
Have a feeling that this one will be harder as I've started doing weights as well as basic fitness at the gym so muscle mass might replace fat but I need a target otherwise I'll kid myself I'm doing fine when I'm stuffing myself with cake.

I'm in! 110kg is my goal. I'm currently around 120kg (this week is a right off as its my birthday week...). I'll jump on the scales next Monday to see what the damage is.
I have seen quite a few of your posts where you make a bit of progress then struggle a bit. Don't just have a blow out, limit it you have worked hard and its easy to put it on hard to take it off.JimmyConwayNW said:

Its annoying...I had planned to go to the gym after work today, but I was four hours late finishing and back in at 0700 tomorrow. I've been good so far though. Going out tomorrow with my best friend for a meal and going to treat myself to a take away on Friday as its my birthday and I'm working lates. But on a positive note...I've got a smaller pair of trousers for work . Felt good putting them on and they aren't too small!
I'm definitely signing up again as I found this very helpful for keeping me on track last quarter. I'm on the home-straight to my final target but expect it to be harder than last Q as I'm now at the gym regularly therefore building muscle. I'm gonna give it a damn good try though
Starting weight for Q4 is 73.2 kg and I'm aiming to be 69 kg by Christmas

Count me in please - currently 94.0 kg - would like to be down to 88 kg by the end of the year. I'm my own worst enemy - I know you can't out exercise a poor diet.....and yet I continue with the poor diet. Sweet tooth and volume need addressing. With joining this challenge in mind I've just had my last pizza blowout - self restraint begins now :-)
