What training are you doing/have you done today? (Vol.3)

Also, Rambo: First Blood part II is on now. SS looks good in this, I think he looks best in First Blood, but at least he doesn't look silly like in Rambo III.
that kid from the vid. H looks OK later on but from tits up he's out of proportion for my liking. Not that that is his issue solely, it's a look that a lot like.

Did I accidentally skip the bit where he details his stack and approach to cycling? I cannot take these ‘transformation’ guys seriously because they obscure a major component of their training.
He's a teenager. Who decided that he didn't want to stay a scrawny kid, worked hard to change that, got sick, then started over again with even greater success. He's not a textbook; can't you just be pleased for him and his effort?
I can tell you I’m over twice his age and I look better and am stronger. Zero respect to a teen doing that.
Get a decent base and be old enough to drink before you take gear.

He has a few issues. Insta and the rest is feeding them. I don't tink he looks fat from that pic but I don't think he looks good. He's curtailing his health for the future.

Commitment? You mean he spends all the day in the gym instead of gassing on the internet? V8mate said:

Mental health issues at play
Would you care to name what issues you think he has, and then tell us what professional qualifications you have that helped you make your diagnosis?Guy looks like he could easily be 22 stone. He also looks like he's at least 25-30% body fat, so would likely have to come down to 240-250lbs to be stage ready. So many comments on Insta saying how ripped he is, and how he's almost comp ready, so he's likely in a bubble where he believes it himself. He's a big dude, no doubt, but why bulk up to 320lbs to cut back to 240-250lbs, it's not a good approach. You could get the same going up to 270 and coming back down to 250. But, he's working hard no doubt, the eating to get up to that size alone is impressive!
Anyhoo, Push Day>
Bench: 150kg x 9
CG bench: 140kg x 7
BHN Smith: 80kg RPF
DB Fly: 3x F
Tri push down: 3x F
BB rear delts: 3x F
not bad.

I have no issue with the use of performance drugs. I've been training a very long time and it was considered an option but I chose not to due to underlying injuries. In saying that i'm vehemently against it as a 'teen', whilst your body is still developing. Typical vacuous Social Media rubbish which does influence some impressionable young people.
Mental Health covers a wide range of mental and behavioural conditions.
If it was a prerequisite to be qualified on PH, the forum wouldn't exist
I’m all for keeping fit and trying to push yourself but I personally see bodybuilding as an addiction - a bad one.
Guy I know was in the military, extremely tough and strong and then started on the juice. He became massive. Did not compete at all he was just huge. I remember once he noticed a transit van was blocking him in and he lifted the rear of the van and pushed it out the way. He was that big.
Now all of his joints are destroyed. Smashed knees, torn elbows. Back problems. You name it he has it. He’s still massive. Still works out. But so many health issues.
I don’t get it. Be fit. Stay fit. But body build? No thanks.

We're all bodybuilders to some extent. We all aim to build muscle. We all aim to be somewhat aesthetic. It's a matter of degree. I think people like DD are perfectly sane about it. It's no less bonkers than running, for example (which is highly addictive and at least as damaging).
