My dog was a bit hyper, so did the right thing and swapped the evening MTB ride for a 7km run. The body was feeling jelly like, from this mornings run.... Took me a while to warm up... but got to 4’12” pace for a km in the middle.
An evening snack, a movie and back to work tomorrow.

I've needed a proper 1 to 1 going over deads as they've never been perfect, I'd just perfected my sub optimal form

I really believe I have put the heavy stuff behind me but reading about you guys progress and watching the videos makes me realise, there are few things in life as satisfying as pulling those big numbers. Its a hard walk away!! Keep it up guys, your efforts are not unnoticed!!!! I've needed a proper 1 to 1 going over deads as they've never been perfect, I'd just perfected my sub optimal form
That was a stiff bar too so I'm hoping 400 on a whippy bar will happen soon!
