Need to try and stay on track this week whilst we are away for a couple of days.

Hoping to walk a little more, had a couple of days where I managed some box press ups and some sit-ups.

I'm still carrying lots of fluid in my hands, legs and across my shoulders.

Slower week overall week, but an anniversary dinner at the Ivy in Cheltenham on Saturday undid some of the previous good work, it was worth it however.

Unfortunately my scales at home have given up and I don't trust the readings, so I'm somewhere between 97.3 and 98. Thought I would take the higher reading and hope for a morale boosting loss next week once I've got some new scales.

I’ve been ill, and had far too much to do. I need to make sure I remember how easily I can derail things through tiredness. Thankfully it’s not as bad as it could have been - an overall stall this week

Once again guys I've failed with my target of a mid week update. Must try harder.

I've got a few poeple to add to the list, and the stats are only upto the end of Sunday. Will try and capture the rest in a mid week update...

No weigh in last week as I was in the USA and my hotel didn't have any scales in it. I thought it for the best as I struggled to eat in line with the Keto Diet i'm following but was very pleasantly suprised when I weighed myself this morning.

I have a beautiful tweed jacket that hasn't fit me properly for 2 years. Tried it this morning and it's finally sitting *just* right. Very happy.

Could add me to the list please.

Late October after much reading I decided I’d try the 5:2 as it would fit around my work.
I purchased a multi gym , a Fitbit , fixed up my ageing mountain bike & started using MFP.
My start weight was 17st 8lb / 111kg & I’m 5ft 6 , so a LittleFatbd.
By New Year I’d been losing a steady 1 to 2lb a week so broke my first goal of 17st.

My next goal was 16st / 102 kg.

By 21st Jan I weighed 16st 3lb / 103kg.
4th Feb I’d hit 16st , for the first time in probably 10 years.

Now my goals are:
15st / 93kg by the end of April.
14st / 89kg by the end of July.
Ideally I’d like to slowly lose another 6kg by the end of the year and maintain that.

Starting next week I’ll post my weigh ins, I’m currently working away and no scales.

I now put my bike in the van as part of tool packing when working away , try and get an hours bike ride each evening if possible. I’ve found the 5:2 fairly easy going , my FD are 600cal , my NFD about 2000cal. I’ve slipped a few times but 20 odd years of overeating is hard to break.
The best part for me is now having loose XL clothes & I’ve lost at least 4 inches from my waist.
Just to make it fit the spreadsheet a little easer, can I put your starting weight as 17 stone, and target for end of March as, maybe 15 st 5 lbs?

I've had a good week last week, and a terrible week this week. Had beers on Monday night, used up my weeks 'extra points', then had a take away yesterday. Will not be able to make it up in the rest of the week, so I'll have my first week of busting my WW points allowance. Need to not let it all slip and get back to trackng properly and meeting the targets!

D'oh! Forgot to add this at the weekend.

01/01 - 104.4kg
06/01 - 101.7kg
13/01 - 100.3kg
20/01 - 99.9kg
26/01 - 98.4kg
03/02 - 97.3kg
10/02 - 96.9kg

Last week was a slower one. I think this week will be bad, not been very good at all so far frown

With a wedding and a pretty stressful work week it hasn't been the best for me, although I've still somehow managed to lose 1kg, down to 123kg's now.

Having won a ride100 place it really needs to fall off quickly, fk carrying an extra 30kg's up Leith!

Still holding at 75 kg. For some reason I don't have the same amount of will power this quarter and food is creeping back in, not the good stuff either. The only thing that is going right is exercise.

I'm still going to the gym 3-4 times a week which is pretty amazing considering how little I enjoy it but I see it as one of life's necessities now. I get in, do what I need to do and then get out again. What is more fun is that I'm running properly again and that is something I get real enjoyment from. Did 3.3 miles last night in just over 31.5 minutes which I was really chuffed with. There's a few little past injury niggles but I have exercises to keep them at bay and these are done religiously every morning.

Now all I need to do is get the crisp habit back under control irked I will be avoiding that aisle when I visit the supermarket on my way home tonight.

I'd kind of resigned myself to putting weight on (first time since I started). First night "out" the buffet was cold cuts and cheese...I ate like a king.

The rest of the time it was pretty much burgers in a lettuce bun (which is crap, the lettuce wilts), moon cheese (dehydrated Mozarella) and coconut pieces. I was in California...
