Upper Arm Pain weeks after Flu jab

I had a flu Jab in November and at first it was the usual pain but it then went into an ache that comes and goes. Movement is also restricted and less strength but not hugely. Still going to Gym but it does ache.

I have been really busy with death of a family member and now have booked to see GP 14th March, earliest none urgent appointment.

I have read on line that quite a few people have had similar, but mostly reported in the states. Anyone heard of the same here or have any ideas as to what it might be.
