A continuation of the Q1 thread - all welcome.

If anyone wants to do tables and charts, please feel free.

I'm 73.0 kg as of April1st.

Currently training for some long running events, so will be balancing the need to lose weight and get up hills more easily with the need to fuel myself after the running.

End of Q goal 69.x kg.

Ideally, 68.x kg.

hahaha, done that too many times!

I'm in - start weight 123kg's

Hopefully working down to my 115kg target by the end of the quarter, would target 110 but think that it'll be bloody difficult with starting a new 65+ hour a week job next month

I'm back in this quarter, target of 85kg, starting at 94.7kg. Ambitious for me as I did 7.5kg Q1 but I did that with a couple of weeks to spare and didn't have the same motivation once I had met the target.

I'm in again. Managed to lose my target 13.5kgs for Q1 which frankly surprised me and had given me the boost I need to head into Q2...

01/4 - 155.2kg

Target is 141.7kg this quarter, overall target by the end of the year is 115kg. One thing I really need to work on is diet so I would appreciate any simple, tasty meal ideas which crucially can be easily done for one...

Well, helpfully my new gym has done a health assessment of me today, so I am 72.5 kg and 19.7% bodyfat, according to the calipers.

If I ask nicely, I imagine they'll pinch me in three months time too. Onwards.

I'll continue please. Starting weight of 86.9kg. I shall set myself a target of 80kg, which may be a bit ambitious!
Cheers

Official weigh day for me is Thursday morning every week, hence the quick update.

106.6 to 105.9 kg (0.6% week loss, 5.95% total loss)

Coming off very slowly this time round. Hopefully easier to sustain though.

So whats every bodies method of losing weight? Calorie controlled (500 Cal deficit) with exercise 4 - 5 times a week for me.

I am back in after a couple months in the wilderness. First weigh in was 206.8 lb on the 4 April.

Initial target is 194lb, which was my lowest weight last year.

Seems a lot of the weight I lost in the last week of last quarter was water due to having flu (not wholly unexpected - I dropped 6.7kg in a week). I have a little more work to do this quarter then...

01/4 - 155.2kg
08/4 - 157.1kg

I think I need to sign up to this after the shock of weighing myself this morning....

102kg starting weight and would like to get down to 90kgs.
