Phat Fighters Q2
Discussion
A continuation of the Q1 thread - all welcome.
If anyone wants to do tables and charts, please feel free.
I'm 73.0 kg as of April1st.
Currently training for some long running events, so will be balancing the need to lose weight and get up hills more easily with the need to fuel myself after the running.
End of Q goal 69.x kg.
Ideally, 68.x kg.

01/4 - 155.2kg
Target is 141.7kg this quarter, overall target by the end of the year is 115kg. One thing I really need to work on is diet so I would appreciate any simple, tasty meal ideas which crucially can be easily done for one...

Official weigh day for me is Thursday morning every week, hence the quick update.
106.6 to 105.9 kg (0.6% week loss, 5.95% total loss)
Coming off very slowly this time round. Hopefully easier to sustain though.
So whats every bodies method of losing weight? Calorie controlled (500 Cal deficit) with exercise 4 - 5 times a week for me.
