Back in for Q2.
Things tailed off towards the end of Q1 due to illness (my own, and taking up the slack wile the wife and kids were crook) and I ended up just missing my target of 95kg. Anyway, that's the racing driver excuses out of the way... wink

11/04 - 96.8

Target: 89kg (14 stone)

1 kg week loss (105.9 to 104.9 kg)

7.7 kg total loss, but I started a little before the official Q2 start date.

I'm rather put out that I seem to be gaining weight again, though I have also been eating badly. I wonder if there's a link...

Stressful times over now and Easter in the rear-view - time to knuckle down.

73.8 kg today. Halfway back to my Q1 starting weight. Grrr.

W0: 90.0kg
W1: 89.1kg
W2: 88.7kg

Not sure how I managed this; must have done a lot of walking whilst on holiday. Ate very well and was a lot less "cautious".

Gah. Now tapering for a marathon. Must. Not. Eat. Junk.

Ideally I can squeeze under 71 kg for race day, which will help a bit.

Over 5 kilo's in under 2 weeks?
Whilst it's great progress, that's almost too rapid a weight loss.
Unless you're under 5'5" of course tongue out

Well 5'8!

It might be spread over 3 weeks as i didn't weigh myself the week before i started. It's been hard work but the nutritional side has made a huge difference as well as exercising 5 days a week. smile

Not a great start to the quarter for myself, been out and about which never helps with being sensible.

7/4 - 94.7kg
14/4 - 96.2kg
21/4 - 95.4kg

Guess which week I went to Bruges in! Still, I am actually feeling really good about myself and have been gaining strength noticeably, to myself, in the gym as well lately, I've been able to add clothes back into my wardrobe that fit again and none of my belts fit anymore so I guess it isn't all about whats on the scale.

Wed 25th April

116.8 kg

I actually feel great and maybe because I am constrained by the calorie intake, I pay a lot more attention to what I eat. Thus, my energy levels are higher and I feel "lighter" and much better overall. Long it may continue...

Thats quite impressive Fred! I feel your pain, this time last year I was 93kg, by January I was 112.6kg!

Easily done.
