None. Sorry....
I had this last year from a fluffed golf shot - the only remedy seemed to be total rest for the effected muscles. My doctor said either an injection (which I didn't fancy) or rest.
It's a real bugger and I wish I could say something more encouraging.
I did buy one of these:

Which helped. I am not sure if this will be any good for your particular injury.

I am prone to tennis elbow.
It flared up in both elbows earlier this year/end of last year
My pain was dying down after about 24 hours.
Stop doing anything that aggravates it but I’d keep doing what ever you can - knocking off volume and intensity as required.
The flexbar and Tyler twists are good but didn’t do loads for me when both elbows were bad.
Stretching and foam rolling really, really helped me. If you have tightness in a muscle getting rid of that could make all the difference.
I’m on my phone so don’t have many links but Steven Low has an excellent resource for tendinitis - http://stevenlow.org/overcoming-tendonitis/

That's a good call.I helped me a few years ago - but strangely not on my most recent injury.

this is a lot more complex than I first thought,
thanks everyone
From previous experience with tendonitis (albeit my quadricep tendon) the only way to get rid of it is to rest the injury (don't do exercises that make it flare up) and do some light stretching on a regular basis. I got mine from doing squats when I first started doing 5x5 a few years ago. I took about 3 months off squatting and spent the time I would have been squatting stretching instead. I've never had any issues since.thanks everyone
Look up shock wave therapy ......it worked on my 2 year achilles tendon injury which refused to heal ,,rest .osteopothy .physio etc did nothing found a physio who did this and totally cured both sides , you need 3 treatments a week apart then up to 12 weeks for it to work and its not cheap but if anything will work this is it
