Have you tried the palms over the ears and snap your fingers trick?

Worth trying one of these? My daughter bought one and likes it.

Anyone interested in their sleep and how it might impact their health would do very well to listen to this fascinating podcast where Joe Rogan speaks with Matthew Walker, Professor of Neuroscience and Psychology at the University of California, Berkeley, and Founder and Director of the Center for Human Sleep Science.

That interview is what prompted me to make sure (at least 5 days a week) I’m getting 8 hours. The macho “I get by on 4hrs and I’m trading at 5am” approach looks very daft after seeing this.

Been sleeping well since I saw it and feel great all day long. Never nap, never tired (16/8 and ketosis help)

A double expresso before my 20min afternoon snooze works a treat as when I awaken I real good, that's on top of a solid 9hrs per night

Sometimes I sleep solidly until the alarm goes off and wake feeling groggy, other times I wake frequently during the night and again half an hour before the alarm goes off and get up feeling really relaxed and refreshed. Not sure what counts as a decent nights sleep.
