Think twice!

Sure got a priddy mouth.
You actually thought 'that' thought and then posted about it in a "any hole is a goal" way. Filthy beast. laugh

Do it, but not with a pin the stuff in them is way too thick and supprisingly clear jelly.

This is not advice it's just what I did and it worked but infection is a real risk.

My wife had one on her foot, tried a pin but nothing but a speck of blood came out, so I broke out the Leatherman (very new very sharp) but when I tried to slice it she said it hurt too much (not as sharp or as thin as a scalpel) so being an engineer I came up with a plan.

I held the tip of the blade with about 4mm sticking out from my fingers against the bump then ever so precisely and with upmost care I WACKED the back of the Leatherman with the heal of my wife's flipflop and bingo it punched through the skin, loads of almost transparent jelly came bursting forth followed by a tiny bit of blood.

We cleaned it up, lobbed a bit oc TCP on it and it's been fine since, never Re filled.

I will try to find the pics of it, they are somewhere on my phone.

  • this is still not a suggestion yours may get infected, I would still do it.

Found them.

If I use a scalpel it’ll need stitching back together! Don’t see how a little pin hole won’t do the trick when it’s so highly pressurised.
You may need a bigger hole than a pin. I had one removed from my scalp many years ago. The GP sliced it with a scalpel and squeeze it... a solid lump of white the size of a pea popped across the room.

I’ve currently got another one which the OH is keen to deal with. I’m not so sure....
