Jumped on the scales after a bit of a crap weekend with a takeaway and not logging my meals but still careful with what I ate.

Down to 136.2kg.

4.8kg lost so far. Just off for a bit of a walk around town smile.

Would someone mind updating the Wiki with my weights? It doesn’t seem to work on a phone.

If someone could change my starting weight to 141KG as well from 01/03/2021 that would be great smile.

5.5KM walk around town just done. It’s not a bad place to live and work! Normally when I’m walking around there for work it’s trying to find someone who doesn’t want to be found so nice to just take it all in.

Strava says I’ve burnt 821 calories which I’m not sure if I should believe or not. Took me a hour.

1.6lb loss for me this last week, happy with that. Steadily dropping now and at the point where people are noticing that I'm losing weight which is always nice.

3.39 mile walk today. It’s a lot hotter than it looks. I need to get some other trousers other than jeans for walking I think.

789 calories burnt.

Although it’s only a walk my calves felt a bit tight this morning. Will have to make sure I do some stretching.

Girlfriend has decided she wants to lose some weight. She’s like me and eats after a bad day for comfort. She’ll be annoyed if she doesn’t get results straight away though.

I brought a online cook book from someone on TikTok. He makes simple quick meals that look interesting. Normally I ignore the marketing bks but having got it today it looks good.

Another hour walk smile. Not as far walked as it was more off road and bloody muddy. I also took a tumble in the mud...

I’ll be honest I didn’t want to go today but glad I made myself.

I’ve got a training day tomorrow and working from home but got to be around in case we are called in. I’m hoping my SGT gives us a welfare hour and I’ll go for another walk (once I’ve washed my trainers!).

I’ll be going out Friday though. Saturday I’m back to work for earlies. As long as I’m not kept on I’ll probably go for a walk after work.

Less than a month to go until the gyms reopen!

Not a brilliant day food wise (probably 1,000 calories over). But I was 1,000 under yesterday so not too fussed. Didn’t get out for a walk either but think I needed a rest. My legs are hurting still.

Off tomorrow so I’ll go for another wonder smile.

I’ll weigh myself on Saturday before work.

Another 5k walk. A lot brisker this time. 52 minutes.

Doing ok with food today. We’ve got spaghetti carbonara for dinner. Just need to watch my portion sizes!

Back to work tomorrow. No chance of a walk before or after sadly. Maybe get one in on Sunday. If not Monday.

As expected a crap week this week. Down 0.8 lbs which is the right direction but follows previous weeks where every other is not so good. Looking forward to next week's weigh in!

Weighed in this morning.

23st 5.8lbs so 12.4lb loss in 2 weeks. Little disappointed as I was hoping to hit the stone but still think 12.4lbs isn't to be sniffed at.

Had a couple of slices of pizza on Saturday night when i got the kids a takeaway. I really didn't need to pick at it so I guess old habits die hard but I know I wont go doing it again. Couple of session on the spin bike one of which was 30 mins and burnt 623 calories, my heart rate went up to 190 at one point.

Even more focused now!

I did it! Managed not to have any take aways during the set.

Made my own kebab for tonight and it wasn’t too bad.

Forgot to weigh myself on Saturday. So I’ll wait until earlies again next week.

Wasn’t able go for a walk today or yesterday which is annoying. I’ll go tomorrow but won’t be able to go Wednesday.

As expected, slightly better week at 1.7lbs lost.

Have switched my training down now from an hour of cardio every day (2 sessions on the iFit programme) to a 2 session - 1 sessions - weights cycle every. 3 days. I'm not able to keep up an hour every day as we go into summer and take the dog for a walk and do all the other things I want to do.

On track to meet the target in 2 more weeks ... idea maybe time to set a new target of 76kg ... still no alcohol and waist down from a very tight 36in to a very comfortable 34in

ETA Average daily calories this week maintained at 997.2

2.6lb drop for me for the last week. Really happy with current progress. Wife commented on Friday that she could see a difference in me which was good to hear. Hopefully in 2 to 3 weeks I will hit the 2 stone loss milestone which is pretty much half way to my target.

First post on this thread. Started 2021 at 95.5kg, and weighed in at 85.9kg on Sunday, so 9.5kg down which is as much as I want to lose. Being using an app which has set my macros linked to the goal weight loss, and then used that to track progress. Now to try and maintain at this weight.

Exercise wise it’s been 5/6 home workouts a week, plus lots of walking. The walking has actually been a game changer in terms of additional calorie burn. 3 or 4 miles four times a week.

Only just noticed this thread...added myself to the table...apologies but I work in pounds.

I've lost a stone in three weeks although I've plateaued this last week...but the last two days I'm back to losing at a rate i'm happy with. Just doing keto and knocked booze on the head except one night a week...even then last time I could only manage two and bit bottles of beer which is way way less than I used to put away.

Dusted off and fixed up my single speed bike to increase the output. smile

Chuffed to bits today. In August I ordered two pairs of Levi 501's in 34" Waist. November I had to order 2 pairs in 32" and today I have just received two pairs in 30" which fit great!

Things are not going well.

Bike is being serviced - managed to put in a couple of hundred miles on it in the last few weeks but it's revealed issues (needs a replacement bottom bracket, chainrings, rear cassette) so that's being sorted. Gym reopens in a couple of weeks and I'm rebooting as of then.
