Would anyone know which air vents were used in the Griffith, I'm in the process of replacing my dash and require the two centre vents. Been told they could be early vauxhall cavalier or astra, any help to source these would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks.

Strange that you've not asked on the Griffith page but I think you could be on the right track with Vauxhall?

Rubbish photo but looks possible?

I think they are the same as the Chimaera - Cavalier Mk 1, I believe.

Unfortunately not in stock here - https://partsfortvrs.com/tvr-parts/part-details/tv...

Jaguar XJS side air vent from the 1980's are the ones you need, ebay best for searching

Google tells me this is a Mk1 Cavalier, all looks a bit too round to me ?

Mk2 a bit more square but still not right? I'd go with the Jag wink

Mike, you were absolutely on the money with the Jag XJS air vents. Thank you! I have ordered a set from flea bay for my new dash that Peter Wheeler is fabricating for me. (peter.wiggins@tvrstuff.co.uk) Next question Mike if I may ask, where can I source a front bottom ball joint from? Have been told its possibly a Lada part!
Regards
Adrian

can't take the credit for that, it was Moycie!

Bottom ball joint, there has been talk in the past that while some brands fit they don't have as much articulation as the ones TVR used?

The original brand were, I believe, Lemforder

You may prefer to buy from one of the respected TVR parts suppliers, Racing Green, Racetech, or TVRSSW to be more confident of getting the correct part?
