Weighing in at 107kg this morning. No scales photos, mine are very reflective and I’ve seen that mistake made by others online
I’ve been down to 87kg and up to 117kg in the past few years. I’ve suffered from Ulcerative Colitis, but also from an overactive knife and fork.
A bit of running and portion control should see me back under 100, let’s see if I can get that down further by the end of the year.

ok lads (i assume we are all lads..any ladies stand up and be counted) I've added a list at the beginning of the thread with weights.
I'll add anyone else in post number 1 that gives the thumbs up as we go along.
If you can post a monthly weight update (last few days of the month) , I can add these figures following the initial weigh in.

Piled on the kgs over the past few years. Up to 101.9kg this morning. Want to get back to where I should be which is ~80kg and be able to maintain it.
My mission is to cut out the grazing and snacks/biscuits. As I generally eat reasonably well and do do a reasonable amount of exercise, I'm not an all out couch potato.
Hopefully some anonymous names on the internet can kick me into action.
