I'd encourage all users to update the table every one or two weeks. Set a reminder on your phone. The fewer dropouts the better, even if you're temporarily heading in the wrong direction. The group can rally around and help everyone along, don't be afraid to say you're struggling (illness, feeling down, mental health, lost mojo, injury).
