Thats brilliant going, do you think you will keep the weight off when you stop taking it. Ive noticed on this thread the people who do well on the fat jab, don't get any praise.
Thank you. Yes I do, I'm already titrating back down and I did 3 or more pens on each level so didn't run up quickly and am doing the same back down. Due to increased fitness my activity (steps) levels are now well increased so I am burning more calories now as a norm. All spreadsheeted and graphed for each week sincd I started which I find very motovational. Time will tell of course but I've focused on a steady loss over time rather than very very quick. Also avoided lots of saggy skin through that I think as shrinking steadily. Target is to hit by end of this year but at current rate should be thereby September or October. Will keep updated on here.Weight loss has slowed down but is still happening, Ive gone from 129.6kg to 96.6 so 30kg over the last 14 months, bmi down from 44.9 to 33.4.
I still go to my gym class once a week, I would like to do more but 12 hour shifts long journeys and working away from home make it difficult. Still trying to get my fitness up so that I can do a parkrun with my 21yr old without embarrassing myself by walking all the way ( I know the park runners dont care but I do!)
Before and after pics spoilered as I dont want to ruin anyones breakfast!

Seeing results like this are a huge motivator.

Speaking from personal experience, go cold turkey.
By now you ve built better habits and should have a better relationship with food. Expect cravings, bigger portions, more often but that s when you put the work in.
It s been 12 months since I came off MJ (cold turkey). Lost a further 2+ stone, train almost daily and in the shape of my life.
Good luck.
I am considering cold turkey after this pen. I feel hungry most days, been on 7.5mg for 9 months so good chance it might be losing its efficacy anyway, but as Mr R suggests I've built better habits and am controlling hunger/urges much better. Am 2lb away from 1/3 bodyweight lost, lost 6st 12lb up till now, closing in on 7st (44kg)By now you ve built better habits and should have a better relationship with food. I stopped using Mounjaro for cost reasons back in November. Put a bit of weight on since and missed the satiety that Mounjaro provides so started looking at the online Tirzapatide peptide options instead that you reconstitute at home.
I'm not here to recommend these, as I know it's a touchy subject. But it saved me hundreds of pounds and behaves just like Mounjaro. I'd be happy to answer any questions privately if you'd like to send me a DM.

I would not go that route.
I am however interested that it is in the discussion.
I assume that once you have mixed your potion , you are happy with the results you are achieving.
What is the cost (compared to Mounjaro?)
Are you not worried that you are injecting an untested concoction?
I found myself looking at alternatives as I just have zero confidence in my ability to continue the weight loss without help from these treatments. I have just taken my 2nd to last dose and feel like I'm counting down to the inevitable weight gain that's coming. Obviously I'll do what I can to continue with the changes I've made, with the support from you guys, but I'd be lying if I said that I wasn't worried.
Weigh in day today. I'm off to get the dressings changed an hour from now. I definitely feel I've lost weight and the belly is no longer anywhere near what it was. I wore jeans and a t-shirt yesterday and that's the first time in a long long time, that I felt able to do that.

I think the whole peptide thing is hugely interesting all on it's own and there are certainly benefits to be had from their use.I'm not here to recommend these, as I know it's a touchy subject. well done chap!
Hit 14st 4lb this morning so that's 7 stone milestone achieved. Longer walks are obviously helping yet am conscious of muscle loss due to not being able to lift weights for a 6 week period. Think I'm gonna go in and do some negligible weight high rep work jist to keep everything moving. Gotta use it not to lose it after all and very light work won't cause any pressure to my system. A pound and a bit this week. Slow and steady.
I fell over in the garden yesterday. Unfortunately falls occur but yesterday, getting up again was nowhere near as hard as it was. I was able to fight off 2 muddy labradors more easily as well! My body shape has improved to a point where I'm not so embarrassed and am really looking forward to being more active.
Thankfully my legs looked to have improved when we changed the dressings. Still grim but improved none the less.
Have a great weekend guys.

Lost all my weight a couple of years ago. A little has crept back on and as a holiday is coming up I've been using a 15mg pen over the last couple of months just dosing whatever I felt was right, about 5mg as it happens. Means a pen will last 3 months plus.
It's about to run out and everything seems super expensive now so I'll be looking into this.

I started taking MJ at 110kg, lost 30kg then the price increase happened so I stopped taking it. I gained all the weight just as quickly as I lost it and am now 110kg again.
Did you make appropriate changes to your diet and lifestyle while losing the 30kg and keep them up after you stopped using the pen? If not then your results are about as predictable as the sun and the moon I am afraid.unfortunately the elephant in the room (pun unintended) is that just as individual differences between people mean that some find it easier to lose weight than others, and some never get fat at all, there are some people who find it very easy to embed and live a new lifestyle using MJ as a kick start, and some don't. I fear I am in the latter group.
