For any free spirited rebels out there that want to make their own mind up about using the golden dose.

I used an Amazon insulin syringe and easily withdrew whatever W was left after the final clockwork dose. I saved all my pens and meant I could continue treatment. I'm not suggesting anyone else do it but felt like a risk worth taking. Buys me some time anyway. smile

Where is the recommended online pharmacy to order from? Or is everywhere typically the same? Looking at mounjaro and it’s all about £145-150?

have you tried enquiring at your local pharmacy? I prefer using ASDA/ZAVA as it allows me to pick it up while I'm doing my shop.

There's some debate on whether Trump is on reteraglutide.

Asda is a good shout, I need to pop there anyway.

Bear in mind that with ASDA/ZAVA the whole process is done online. The pharmacy merely serves as a base for optional click & collect. Just make sure you're storing it properly as you transport it home to put in the fridge.

You can't be serious. Most people manage to get the frozen shopping home without difficulty. This stuff is pretty stable & 30 minutes out of a fridge isn't going to render it useless.

Although I have lost the best part of 6 stone (105 kg to 75kg, over two years 6' 2" tall) and my waist size has gone from a tight 42 to a loose 38, my profile remains the same.

You need the gym for that.

But remember you can't break the rules! Infection, sepsis and death follow shortly after a broken rule.

It will reduce the visceral fat around your organs and the subcutaneous fat around your middle, potentially dramatically reducing the size of it. The amount of fat you will need to lose to get rid of it completely depends on how your body distributes its fat - some men hold all their fat on their belly and need to get very lean before they start losing that. Depending how big it is and how long you have had it, you may be left with a paunch of skin. The appearance of it will also depend on your posture and musculature, which is an exercise related problem.

Been out of the game for a while now. Is it still looking like £250 a month for 5 or 7.5mg for MJ?

I totally cut out beer, since September last year.
My belly and man boob's have totally gone, and I had a superb beer gut.

I'm lucky in that I haven't really drunk for years other than the odd toast or celebration, just down to driving a lot with work and riding a bike (motor) and since losing my tolerance and hating a hangover. Since being on MJ I have no desire for it at all and last had a Baileys at Christmas. Alcohol is calories we can do without so some on MJ find the lack of desire is a real benefit to getting rid of poundage.

Mad how different bodies can be. At the same height I’ve floated from 100-110kg and have never got above a 38 waist.

I've dropped from 42, and sometimes that was tight, to a 34. Makes buying clothes much easier!!

The end of my first week on 5mg and a 2.8kg drop. party
I’ve been doing my bit my end, but there’s a considerable difference in not feeling hungry now compared to 2.5mg.
Oddly, I still wake up hungry, but if I ignore that and keep water up I could easily go until the evening without eating.

For lunches I’ve found a protein shake based meal deal at co-op that seems to work for me:
Meal: Huel Black - 35mg protein
Drink: Ufit shake - 25mg protein
Side: Lime & Chilli chicken chunks - 16mg protein

For £4.25 it’s a tick box of ensuring I don’t go without some sort of sustenance during the day.

Evenings I’m eating half the dinner I normally would, but still grazing late night - a few biscuits and a choc ice generally. I should knock this on the head, but as there’s no other snacks during the day I’m letting myself off for now.

On 2.5mg, I found the weeks tapered off from first to fourth jab so will be interesting to see what this week brings! Keep going all, it’s tough in this heat!

is your evening grazing habit or hunger?

I am not on the jabs but actively trying to lose weight and evening snacks were a killer for me, I could easily do 600 calories in some nuts without a thought. I would often have dinner and feel hungry almost straight away.

Now I have significantly upped my protein intake during the day and especially for my evening meal and I find that the desire for a snack has greatly reduced to the point that I feel like I should have a snack but don't feel like I need a snack.

there is a website called mounjaro prices, if you google for it. Order by reviews and then price.

Unless you listen to the gym bros in this thread and then the best place to get it is Kyle down behind coop near the bins. He's got a combo deal on tren, fat jabs and penis enlargement pills at the mo.
