Where is the recommended online pharmacy to order from? Or is everywhere typically the same? Looking at mounjaro and it s all about £145-150?
there is a website called mounjaro prices, if you google for it. Order by reviews and then price.Unless you listen to the gym bros in this thread and then the best place to get it is Kyle down behind coop near the bins. He's got a combo deal on tren, fat jabs and penis enlargement pills at the mo.

Think the suggestions were to buy that from reputable peptide suppliers not round the back of a gym from some dodgy dealer, although I may be wrong. Its the belittling of others as 'gym bros' etc that irks me, but then everyone has their own pov I guess.
I think the point was that Retatrutide is not yet available through any legitimate channels, so anyone dealing it is by definition dodgy. There’s definitely levels to buying grey market peptides.
No one here has advocated buying untested peptides from a bloke down an alleyway.
There are much safer ways of doing it which involves 3rd party testing and other harm reduction measures, but it’s not recommended for everyone (obviously) and no one here is actively pushing people to obtain weight loss medication this way.

is your evening grazing habit or hunger?
I am not on the jabs but actively trying to lose weight and evening snacks were a killer for me, I could easily do 600 calories in some nuts without a thought. I would often have dinner and feel hungry almost straight away.
Now I have significantly upped my protein intake during the day and especially for my evening meal and I find that the desire for a snack has greatly reduced to the point that I feel like I should have a snack but don't feel like I need a snack.
That’s a very good question. I went through the addiction/habit process with vaping last year, where I got down to zero nicotine but the habit was still incredibly hard to break. Food/sugar addiction is so much harder to break as you still need to eat! There’s no stop point, so it’s on you continually.
Last night I had an m&s pizza for dinner. I’d normally eat the whole thing and be peckish after. I should’ve only eaten half, but ate it all. There was absolutely no room for snacking after, but the change of habit needed to kick in earlier with only cooking half and saving the rest. All adjustments that will come with time.

It's our 1st anniversary of taking these drugs. My wife has lost 6 st and is 10 stone exactly. I have lost 3 stone, now 12 stone. Doesn't seem real. I don't recognise my wife from time to time. Genuinely life changing for her.
Well done to you and your wife. Having lost a similar amount to her (by other means), I agree that it's life-changing.Edited by moorx on Saturday 27th June 14:58

I went back to the UK last week for sons wedding, haven't really seen friends and some family for a year. Take in mind, I've lost nearly a third of my body weight.
All I had is, you ok! My wife has had loads of messages since back in Spain, basically asking her if I had cancer ffs.
Still got 2 months left on our motorhome trip, so its the gym for me when we are back home

I had this a little while back, mad isn't it that it is the first conclusion many jump to!On the down side of taking Mounjaro. I went back to the UK last week for sons wedding, haven't really seen friends and some family for a year. Take in mind, I've lost nearly a third of my body weight.

Big milestone for me today on Wednesday weigh in and jab day, now 10 stone 1 lost. 32 stone 1 down to a flat 22 stone. 2 stone more to go for my personal target of a flat 20.
I know for some that is their starting figure but for me it is genuinely life changing having carried so much more weight around for so many years and now so much more active and energetic.
Keep the updates coming all of you.

Amazing weight loss, are you going to carry on when you hit 20
Thanks, yes but without MJ. I'm titrating down at present (never got up to 15, with 12.5 the most and just finished a pen of 10 with another 10 next and then 7.5 etc) so will be fully off before the end of the year and then it will be down to ongoing fitness activity etc to see where I get to.Having used 2 suppliers, one of which allowed to order 2 pens at once, when the pens went up in price last year I already have the pens in the fridge I need to cover me so no more to buy.
Losses have remained steady with my target last year (26th Feb 2025 first jab) to end of December having been an average rate of 2.5lb per week (which I did and took me to 7 stone off) and my 2026 target having been 1.5lb per week knowing it would slow as the weight came off (also ahead of target for with 3 more stone off). All graphed in Excel and printed out in my home office which I find quite motivational to glance at, as I am a nerdy anal type

I get a combination of "ooh, been jabbing have we" (which I'm not against btw, losing weight is the winner for all of us) or "are you sure you're OK?" or people asking behind my back if I've been poorly.
"Oh, how have you done it then without the jabs" and my answer is that I've done it in the same way as I would have done it with the jabs, my issue was I turned into a lazy t**t when my kids were born and I ate because I wanted to, and not a mental thing or food noise - i burnt more calories than I stuffed in my face.
It's always the same people who comment you need to lose weight that comment after you've done it in some condescending way like jabbing is cheating. Being healthy is very important, how you get there really isn't, so I don't get the stigma attached to injecting yourself.
Keep up the good work, however you're doing it - how good does it feel during the summer to not sweat as much, to feel comfortable in summer clothes, top off on the beach etc. Totally life changing in a way people wouldn't understand unless they've been there.
Agreed AB. Lack of sweating is a real benefit, and not feeling like I am going to expire going for a motorbike ride in full gear when it was hot last week for example. I won't ride without gear on (anyone riding a bike in just a T-shirt is a moron imo as skin grafts aren't funny) so in the past I would have stayed in saying 'it is too hot'. Bikes are much more flickable now without an effective small pillion attached to me

Started on Mounjaro mid-March on 2.5mg. Now on week 3 of the 10mg dose and have lost about 12kg so far. Started off quite rapid as expected, but the last 6 weeks have been virtually no weight loss at all. Appetite is zero, I literally have to remind myself to eat, and when I do it's small meals 500-750 calories, no space for anything more without feeling overly full and nauseous. No other side effects to speak of, aside from a slight redness around injection sites since starting the 10mg pen.
Not sure where I go from here, I have the remnant of the 10mg pen and the next 12.5mg pen in the fridge, but it's a really expensive way of eating nothing and not losing any weight. Started at 134kg, now down to 122kg and stuck there. Family have remarked that I'm looking better but that I 'never eat', which is true... maybe need to up my cardio activity, getting out for daily walks weather permitting, but maybe it's not enough.

I d be looking at what your maintenance calories are and aggressively tracking everything you eat to ensure you re in a sensible deficit. If you re not losing any weight you re eating too much, simple as that. Certain things like a handful of nuts or a breakfast sausage are massively calorie dense so you could be eating at maintenance without knowing which, as you say, is an expensive way to go.
