Come to the end of my first pen, which I am sure there is a 5th jab of juice in?!
Had fairly good results so far and am keen to reorder, what is the best way to reorder? MedExpress have probably emailed and text me 20+ times, which is a bit tiring, offering £30 off. Is this the easiest way? When I ordered the first time as a new customer it was £50 off.
It usually as otherwise you will have to go through the approval process of pictures/videos etc with the new pharmacy. You are doing quite well if there is only a £20 increase for the second round. As for the golden dose there at a few ways of getting to it ranging from attacking the pen with a screwdriver, a new plunger from ebay or an insulin syringe from a medical supplier. All are detailed earlier in this thread.Had fairly good results so far and am keen to reorder, what is the best way to reorder? The standard pen dose is 0.6ml (it's the concentration that changes).

I'm biting the bullet.
I'm 35, 172cm and 120kg. I have two kids under 5 and another planned for next year so something needs to be done.
For so long I've been 'comfortable' but now i need to make the effort and do something to see them grow older.
I've lost 3kg so far through just diet changes and making sure i hit 10k steps a day minimum.
I want to up this and use jabs to get me to a lower weight so i can enjoy exercise without feeling judged and more confident.
What sites have people used? I'm looking at The Family Chemist to start out with and then maybe move to another prescriber for maintenance doses.

Have you had your bloods checked recently? If your blood sugar levels are higher than normal you may be entitled to free treatment on the NHS.I'm 35, 172cm and 120kg. I have two kids under 5 and another planned for next year so something needs to be done.

Third week 'off' weight is the same, hunger the same as when I was 'on', cautiously optimistic about life without MJ.
I've done a week without and felt ok but three weeks is promising. Good luck and keep us updated! ambuletz said:

I had my second Mounjaro (5mg) injection yesterday, and the indigestion has been relentless. A long day yesterday probably didn't help, so for now it's back to water and natural yoghurt until things settle. I'm completely exhausted too. Today, even a cup of tea is painful to drink.
How long were you on 2.5 and how was the suppression?I was on the 2.5 for four weeks and it worked pretty well. Went up to the 5mg dose last week and had quite bad indigestion, but this weeks is a whole new level.
I was previously on Mounjaro 5mg for around 5 months and didn’t have any real issues, but I decided to take a break so I could enjoy some good food over Christmas ‘25 and didn’t get back on the wagon until June

I’m coming to the end of my first month on wegovy 1.5mg pills.
Zero side effects now (bit of 3am nausea at the start), and stomach definitely less bloated. 6lbs lost although I’m ready for the increased dosage as I can tell it’s worn off by 3pm (the worst time for my snacking)
The first week it really worked all day but as the weeks went by I could feel it wasn’t strong enough.
