ASDA/ZAVA prices are listed on their site.

https://onlinedoctor.asda.com/uk/mounjaro.html

spend the last month on 7.5mg. the weight still hasn't changed in the past few months, the supression still works at times but I do find it maybe running out on day 6 before a jab with some raging hunger, but nothing an apple can't fix temporarily.. Might jump down to 5mg.

Nicely layed out website, I take all these vendors are legit pharmacies?
Ive not had any issues with them so far. As mentioned, some are better than others. New Health have been the worst for me. Just slow to do everything.

MedicSpot have been the best so far. Ordered on the Saturday, turned up Monday.

when using that list, considering ordering by review score and then price!

Just started week 3 on Wegovy tablets 1.5mg. No side effects but no effects either! I've gained 1kg.

I have tried to reduce snacks and reduced the alcohol units per week a bit but I guess I was expecting an immediate reduction in appetite like I had with Mounjaro last year.

Need to try harder I guess.

Mark, sorry to hear your troubles endure. Have you looked into Foundayo tablets? Now available, can be taken at anytime (unlike the wegovy tablet) and seem to be around £100 per month so a lot cheaper than the injections.
Thank you, I'll have a read. Right now though, I just can't get ahead financially. I had a little cash come inform Vinted yesterday. Unfortunately I'd forgotten about the water bill and it went out today. Bugger!

I'm still trying to keep on top of the diet stuff wherever I can. No bread, no Haribo and I don't drink fizzy pop etc. My portion control is certainly much improved. I've also upped the exercise. Mowing the lawn one handed and on crutches. Well crutch anyway. I walk the dogs every day too.

Good to read about the progress of others. It's amazing really.

I'm I think about 5 weeks in now after my last jab. Lost another 2lb then went on holiday and put 6lb back on biglaugh I think breakfast was my biggest issue, it was so easy to get carried away at the buffet! Towards the end I was back to having a couple of eggs and a bit of bacon, felt better for it too. Might have had a few drinks too, along with a lack of exercise (it was road trip!) shows how easy it is to slip.

All that said I'm getting back to it, 3 days back to sensible eating and I feel better for it, couple of pound dropped back off already. Made a few bacon and egg bagels, about 260 calories for a nice little breakfast and crustless quiche for lunches now I'm back to work.

Pretty sure any MJ in my body is long gone, I'd say I've perhaps found myself a little more peckish this week but I've come this far I'm not going to fall off the wagon now. laugh

As i said above, mine has stalled somewhat on the starter dose of Wegovy tablets, think i'm going to up it to 4mg for the next month and hope there are no side effects

First go on 10mg of MJ today. Had totally stalled on 7.5 in fact out 2kg back on. Which doesn't bode well for when I come off. Have been in a bit if a funk recently mind and eating crap and drinking too much.

Nearly a week into going up to 4mg on Wegovy tablets, was close to ditching them as they appeared to do very little. However this weekend I am really off my food, really having to focus on having to eat

I'm on MJ at the moment, I started on Wegovy and think I had better results on Wegovy.

So thinking about going back on Wegovy, but potentially the tablets over the jabs.

I started my second pen of MJ 2.5 this week. I am 5.6kg down since using it (20/08).

The last couple of weeks ive kinda stayed the same weight wise. But I have been hitting the gym a lot (12 times since 20/08) and pushing myself with heavier weights. This week I've been five times.

My snacking is still at bay. Mondays are my worst day for cravings, I jab on Tuesday evening.

Do I go up to 5mg to see if that helps with the weight loss? For context, Im 128.xKG. I want to get down to 110KG.

I'd hold out, I done 15 months on 2.5mg, I had a few periods where my weight plateaued, then it carried on dropping off after a week or two. First few times it was frustrating but once I accepted it happened and it wasn't anything I was doing I just cracked on and worked through it.

This coming Friday will be my final jab of my first Weygovy 0.25mg pen. No side effects but only lost about 0.5Kg since starting on 4th Sept (started at 100kg). Food noise still seems to be there. Next jab will be ordered soon - should I up the dose or stick at 0.25mg for another couple of months? - must admit I was expecting the weight to fall a bit quicker.

I’d go another month as you are and just take things steady. Better to lose slowly and keep it off. Just my opinion obviously and wish you the best of luck.

I feel like I’ve put a couple pounds back on. Literally! I noticed as I sat down, that there’s a bit more of me than there has been recently. I’m not giving up trying though. I don’t want old habits to creep back. I’ve been listing on Vinted so hopefully I can get back on one of the jabs.

Anyway, thanks to everyone posting here.

Some of you may have already heard this podcast but if not I can highly recommend giving it a listen as it’s very informative about the use of GLP etc.

Well IQ Doctor have started insisting on uploading a passport scan before they will supply & that's never going to happen so can anyone suggest a supplier that doesn't require this?

The link i posted a few posts ago. Ive never had to upload anything other than licence photos and me being fat.

Down to 127.8kg today. 6.5kg since 20/08. Happy with that. Weight the last few days has fallen off. I assume water weight etc.

Going to order another 2.5mg MJ on Monday. Only side effect is being a bit blocked up, but I can cope with that.
