Friday night

Session 2 Week 11 - Day 3

Benchpress 3 x 5, 3, 1 - 97.5kg, 110kg, 125kg
Military Press 5 x 10, 10, 10, 10, 6 - 42.5kg
Bentover Rows 5 x 10 - 77.5kg
Cable Curl 3 x 10, 10, 8 - 65k
Tricep Rope Pulldown 3 x 10, 10, 7 - 30kg

No warm up run last night as still felt it after the 10 miles on Thursday, can't wait for the weather to cool down a bit so I can run earlier as running that far and then jumping into bed isn't great on me getting a good nights sleep, I also think this heat is playing havoc with my stomach with a few cramps and diarrhoea.

This morning

10km treadmill run.

This afternoon

Session 2 Week 11 - Day 4

Squats 3 x 5, 3, 1 - 72.5kg, 80kg, 90kg
Dead lifts 3 x 10, 9, 9, 9, 7 - 150kg
Roman chair leg lifts 5 x 10, 10, 10, 5, 4

I just reported this to the mods so hopefully they can arrange

A bit of a weights catch up job for me today. Rugby preseason has started and its pretty tough! Hamstring tendonopathy not helping. Upper body today:
Incline bench
Weighted chins
Shoulder press
6 sets of 7 for each with maximal rest
Totally happy to move onto the next volume now if you wish.
Start the new thread with a link to this page in the OP and I'll make sure the two are linked together at closure.
