I was making my way around a roundabout as my filter lane was clear when a rather large truck was moving from the inside lane across stationary traffic (to the outside lane) drove in front of several stationary cars and entered my lane without checking if anyone was there and plowed into my rear wing and shunted my car a little sideways. It could of been any of the cars I was following but unfortunately it picked on me frown

It isn't a huge amount of damage in bodywork terms but the movement was very violent.

When I'm half way to my goal I will!

Interestingly, I appear to be getting stronger even though I'm eating less, very bizarre.

Too be honest, I've experienced that quite a few times and was shocked too. If you've noticed in my progress I've picked up more weight as I've got lighter too although I've not experienced the muscle growth as I did on the bulk.

Keep it up!

You look wicked Lee, big pat on the back!

I'm really fked off. Haven't lost any weight this week. I double checked my calorie intake which is fine at 1900 per day, yet I've lost nothing in 7 days.

Thanks but I feel I did just ok. I know my training was ruined by my illness and a car accident but I also wasn't completely 100% focused anyway.

To be honest I weigh nearly as much as I did when I started but I've lost about 1 1/2 stone of fat. If there is one thing I don't care about it's my weight. It never seems to work weighing myself anyway when I'm doing weight as I often gain weight through muscle anyway.

I use the mirror and/or measurements as a guide to my current state.

Well played Lee.

Despite you feeling a little deflated regarding the injury & accident it was a great effort.

Thanks Dave, I appreciate that!

I tried to go training last night but my wrist is still injured and wasn't playing so maybe a bit more of a break or switch over to some type of cardio. Although I've got to say I want to get big so cardio isn't really the best thing to do!

I'm positive about the whole thing really, I just suffered some misfortune along the way but then so do many other folk! They are all just bumps in the road so to speak!

Despite your misgivings it looks like you've done bloody well. Looking back to your earliest posts and on the other tread you seem to have put a lot of muscle on over the year.

I said I'd keep you posted with milestones my way and have now dropped exactly 2 stone since 3rd June. One positive thing I've noticed is that, even if my strength has gone down a bit with the diet and the changed training, my shoulders and arms (which haven't been trained specifically for years) feel rock solid all the way down and are far more defined which I reckon is due to the anaerobic/ lactic endurance and interval training based on the speed ball and heavy bag.

2 stone in such a small amount of time is very, very impressive!

I'm up about 2 1/2 stone of muscle since last year which I feel is brilliant progress and I'm fairly low on bodyfat whilst maintaining most of the size.

I'm very happy overall with my progress but it has been far from perfect on a fair few levels but I do continue to study learn and try to maintain consistency!

It's been a turbulent couple of years for me in my life but I focus on the positives and I've had a fair few!

I didn't come in the top 3 in the competition I entered but I'm not concerned about that, the top 3 clearly made more of stark change than me and deserved their victories!

Keep up the good work Lost_BMW, I love success stories!

All the best,
Lee

Nice results!

I'm thinking of a short Ketosis diet.

But my main concern is how you coped without fibre? I do huuuge logs normally (I should work as a toilet tester!) so I can't imagine how I'd manage without fibre. Drink loads of water?
