Awwwwwwww - poor little Johnny Snowflake didn't get his 70mm 2bular and had to settle for an ickle 63mm Larini. I guess all the happy 2bulars posting on TLF really rips your knickers Johnnykins - hope you get over it soon.
What a bizzare post!

You really should stay off the sauce before you post, Jim. Otherwise, you are just going to drive away yet more customers.

Oh, you're also wrong, BTW.
scratchchin I'm teetotal Johnnykins. What was the purpose of your snidey post with its conspiratorial little wink? I've already given the owner of TLF a (metaphorical!) slap for this. I'm not driving away anyone - demand/sales are through the roof - profits doubled last year. 70% of my production is exported, so your observation about my Track exhaust sales on TLF is a perfect illustration of your ignorance. I'm never wrong when it comes to smug gits like you and Bibs tongue out

So, if the demon drink's not to blame, it must be your strange personality that forces you to make posts like these.

I gave up trying to buy one of your exhausts after you lied to be directly (over the 'phone) several times that it would be 'ready next week'. And after reading lots of other posts on other Lotus forums, it would appear that I'm not the only one who has been at the end of your stellar customer service. Good luck running your business like that. It would appear that it is making you very happy.

I look forward to reading the next instalment of the '2bular News Update' soap opera.

While you're hummin and heyin Johnny everyone else just makes their mind up and buys. I can't deal with haverers like you - too busy. I'm very happy and as was pointed out to me recently - so is everyone who waited. Been a while now - get over it. Lotus forums are run by sponsors - on the exhaust side, not one of them has ever designed or built an exhaust - and it shows! I'll be posting my latest findings on a.n.other's exhaust very soon. Customer service/waiting times isn't everything. For me, it's product first and last - enough people appreciate that.

Really? Tell me, Mr Corporate goody-two-shoes, how "bizarre" do you think it is for Greg Lock of Hangar 111 to buy up an un-used 2bular domain and set up a diversion for any 2bular enquiries to his own website?

That is deeply disappointing to hear as dealing with them they seem a very nice and good outfit. This thread is to help the OP pick a system, that's all. He wants to hear both and will then make a decision. That's what we should be talking about.

It's sad to see all the animosity between lotus owners and people who look to develop paerts for the cars but thats life sometimes i guess.

I asked Johnny why the snidey post and the conspiratorial wink (nudge nudge)? What did his post add to the thread? Still waiting.
He seems to think the various Lotus forums are the fonts of all knowledge. That might have been the case several years ago. Now, they're just a puff for the sponsors. What you read and are told on them is what the sponsors want you to hear. I am fed-up (and intrigued) with e-mails from disgruntled customers of those "pillars of the Lotus community". People who've been shafted/lied to and ripped off. Why do they come to me? I used to tell them get on the forums, spread it far and wide. No more. You complain about a.n.other and it's deleted. He who pays the piper .................
I get them to send me their broken exhaust and I take it (and the supplier) apart - it's the only way to educate people now. The ignorance (in the truest sense of the word) on these forums is incredible.

Yes, that's life sometimes. If Mr Yvo-Tuk (Elise-Shop - another "pillar of the Lotus community") hadn't jumped into a TLF thread rubbishing my V6 manifold designs and calling my dyno-graphs fake, I would have just carried on doing what I do - and very happy with that. But the gloves are off now - and I'm very happy with that too.

I'm afraid that you must be confusing me with another one of your disgruntled, non customers.

I ordered an exhaust directly from you, via a PM. After waiting over 3 months (what I considered to be a reasonable timeframe), I called you to find out when I was likely to get my exhaust. On several occasions (I can recall at least 3, but it might have been more) you lied to me and told me that I would receive it 'next week'. It never arrived. So, I cancelled that order and ordered an exhaust from elsewhere. It arrived within the week. And no, it's not a Larini.

You quite obviously want to run your business like that and good luck to you. As you repeatedly tell us, you are ever so terribly successful. But, FTW, I've got a couple of mates who also own Evoras. One was even thinking about buying one of your exhausts. But after reading your online ramblings, both have said that they would never consider a 2bular product again. And guess what? They aren't the only ones. So, good luck with things.

There's only one rambler on this thread Johnny - but I hope you and your friends will be very happy with their choices. If you're going to post about the suitability of my exhausts for track use - please make sure you get your facts right.

I have a question about 2bular exhausts and tracks. The switchable Evora S exhaust you do - what is the db level when the valve is open?

thanks

Wayne, I can't answer questions about my exhausts on here - I'm not a sponsor on PH. Surprised any of my posts have survived this long tbh! Johnny can allege my "ramblings" have put people off but I hope I have educated a few owners (including Stuno) about what is actually happening on the various forums and who controls the "news".
