Dear All,
I was going to post here to make you all aware of a bad experience I had ordering parts from DeRoure, however since my complaint email, I have to give credit where credit is due.
Having bough some floor mat screw things I was shocked to see a delivery charge of £5.00 applied to my order. I didn't remember seeing it on the final order page. So I emailed DeRoure (Bell & Colvill) and complained.
I am happy to say that they've explained that the delivery charge was applied by accident (by a human!). They further have offered to refund me most of the delivery charge and give me a discount on a future order.
So well done them and as promised I've shared my experience with you all.
