Cheap PAYG 3G SIM

Any know know of any cheap pay as you go deals for 3G SIMS? Ideally giving me a couple of Gbs, with the option to add more on cheaply. I have a mifi (unlocked) and want a PAYG SIM to put in it for a couple of weeks while I am in Madrid. I've been looking but they all seem so expensive and/or want me to sign up to a contract.

Yoigo are usually named as the best, cheapest for data, they do pay and it is hopped onto the Telefonica network, the best.
