You say he's not that quick but remember he has slowed down a bit in the last five years - when he was 18 he was lightning fast - go back and watch some of those grainy YT vids of his early games.Can't wait for Ronaldo to retire so Messi can take his records off him after only 2 or 3 years.
It's his speed and change of direction with the ball that marks him out as a great player - never seen anyone as gifted ...
