Most of them in terms of what they say. What they actually do is another thing

Read an interesting article about how NUFC is being run now & how they value their squad. Then how the scouting operation is tasked with identifying at least one replacement for every player in the squad. That then enables them to sell a player if the right money comes knocking - because they aleready know who they want to replace him.
