Yes, and don't forget the mighty Glovers that have risen from 21st to 6th in just a few weeks.... bounce

Unbeaten in the league since October 1st, it's now a record of W W W D D W D W since then plus progress in the Checkatrade Trophy. Only downside was losing to Solihull Moors in the FA Cup on penalties.... but the last two games have more than made up for it. 5-0 v Crawley on Saturday saw some of the best football I've seen since Gary Johnson's first spell a decade or more ago. Last night, we beat MK Dons in the Checkatrade and second half, we were superb, albeit against a side that made nine changes from Saturday but the first game for the new manager.

Not sure we can keep it up all season but it would be a wonderful season if we could stay in the top six as long as possible.

Quite an epic at our place a few weeks ago with you lot scoring in the 96th minute of 5 added on to get the 2-2.

Of course all football fans on the losing side forget that the indicated number of minutes of stoppage time is the minimum that will be played. hehe

Ha I know, there weren't complaints from me given there was a sub made in added time.

Wasn't too impressed with last weeks ref that despite 4 subs, 4 goals and 2 injuries only added on 4 when we were chasing an equaliser.

Big one (of sorts) tomorrow for us ... the mighty Dons away at MK Franchise. We're currently 7th and they are 19th. But of course that all goes out the window for this one fixture!

Wasn't impressed with them at all on Tuesday although there were a lot of first teamers missing. Just need to get Carruthers wound up and he'll get a red card..... hehe

I think you'll win by the odd goal in three.

xmas trip to bottom of the table Chesterfield yesterday for my first live game of the season and we're on a great run, what could possibly go wrong ????

Well I'm still 2+ years waiting to see us win banghead

Upside was a cracking little stadium (role model for smaller clubs) 3000+ travelling whites, the best steak pie I've ever had inside a football ground and great beer.

Also copyrighted my new theory "football's inverse catering quality rule" ie the higher up the league you go the worse the food gets: branded, bland, expensive. Down the leagues its good quality local produce.

Saw my first away win for Stevenage in 3 years at Barnet on Saturday making it 6 away wins on the bounce... sadly only taken 1 point at home in all that time!

Impressed with Barnet's new stand, it will be excellent when the bar below is finished.

If anyone wants a laugh, watch the guys running down the stairs in our winning goal celebrations...

That that over the barrier was, pretty harshly imo, thrown out.

Dunno about that. Our catering at Donny is dreadful and has long been criticised by fans but some of the best fodder I've had at grounds was in the Championship.

Brighton's was excellent but the pies at Norwich are pretty much unbeatable.

I was at a Berks&Bucks FA County Cup quarter final game last night - Slough vs MK Franchise.

MK Chairman Winklecensored was there, but what made me chuckle was a selection of the slough fans were shouting Wimbledon chants during the game hehe

Ironically, the ref was the same one that reffed our League 2 play-off final win at Wembley.

And even better, franchise lost 3-0 hehe

Sorry to keep quoting myself but today got the 3rd straight win and 16 points from 18 possible.

Literally gone from bottom of the league to 9th with this run.

January will turn to crap now.

And sorry to the Stevenage fan here.

It pains me to say this, but our poor neighbours Exeter have put in a great run of results since I commented that I'd like to see them gone.

Well done, I'll have to wait longer for my wish.

Impressed with your lot. We did well to get back into it then committed tactical suicide in attempting to push for the win (given we're on a run of 6 straight home losses) chucking on a load of strikers on and we lost the midfield. Hindsight, a draw would have been nice to stop the home rot, but we should be safe, so no complaints from me we pushed for the win.

3 losses in a row for Stevenage where the winners have all come in the last 10 minutes... dread to think how many points we've lost this season i nthe last 10.

I could and should have been, but [in hindsight] fortunately not. K Junior was running the line on a big game smile

Great result for the greens today. It might not have looked any good but we held fast. Most pundits (apart from Steve McManaman!) thought it was a well executed defensive display.

Steve McManaman is easily the worst pundit in football, especially since Andy Townsend was finally found out to be the clueless idiot that he is.

As for Plymouth, obviously a replay is very much welcome but you'd have thought Klopp would have learnt his lesson from last season, especially as more than most he's spent most of Christmas moaning about fixture congestion at this time of year. Still hope he gives the Gargs a pasting though....;-)
