Well, we (Plymouth) have blown the chance to pull Donnie back a bit. They gained back the points in great style yesterday and we weren't at the races, again. Nervy times still.

Think you're as good as over the line, that result for you at Doncaster was the clincher.
We (Portsmouth) seem to have hit form at just the right time, just need to hold it together.....

They say there's no easy games in football.

There is, Yeovil at home. If we play like we did yesterday v Carlisle, you will wipe the floor with us. And better still, the most influential player going forward got a straight red card yesterday so is now banned for three games! mad

I know its only a tin pot trophy. But as a Coventry fan after the years of suffering, Was nice to get a bit of rest bite. There is no better feeling then watching your team play at Wembley and winning was the icing on the cake.

It's all gone a bit queer in East Anglia this afternoon.

Colchester have 4 goals before half time ,2 of them scored by Stevenage players apparently.

Norwich have also scored 6 times in 40 minutes.......nuts

Been coming with Stevenage and not surprised it was against Col U who looked the best this season out of the away teams at our place this season. Put in an incredible performance to rip Pompey apart 3-0, since then we've been pretty average, scraping a win against Barnet and a 0-0 at Cambridge.

Hopefully the kick up the backside we did to keep the playoff push on track. Though it also highlighted that as soon as we're missing a couple of key players, we are very vulnerable.

Oooh, we (Newport) have that fixture next, a chance to exert a bit more pressure on Cheltenham and Hartlepool maybe.

A month ago I'd totally given up, we have been awful most of the season. Now though, it's the hope that's going to make relegation hurt even more.

And you can play a team of no hope fatties on Friday at Colchester as we are seeking a play off place.

I'm still wondering when I'm going to wake up and see that The Blades capitulated in January...

Championship here we come!

Would quite like Southend to get through from the playoffs. And am looking forward to few fixtures next season .

It gives me absolutely no pleasure to reply saying I was right. Two wins in the last 23 games is relegation form and now we've dropped from seventh at Christmas to 20th in April.

We are out of the relegation zone having been 11 points from safety, incredible if we stay up.

Bizarre season, truly awful for 34 games (5 wins), then 6 wins from 10. We were brilliant today and thoroughly deserving of the win, Flynny has done an incredible job.

Donny never like to make life easy. We could win the league on Saturday or we could be knocked off the top for the first time in months. Going to Hartlepool on the last day could have a lot riding on it at both ends of the table. I was at Brentford for that crazy minute when they missed a penalty, we went up the other end and scored to win League One. This season is turning out the same way although had we lost there we would've dropped into the playoffs so at least we're definitely going up this time!

On the plus side DRFC, you only need 4pts but have to get them at two teams with a lot to play for. We (PAFC) on the other hand need 6pts to be sure, at two teams that have nothing to play for.......

Not over yet. biggrin

Just looked at Colchester's penultimate fixture......Leyton Orient.

Probably Orient's first win in months to end any play off hopes.

[BWFC] Fine trip to Burslem with mates from London on Saturday, only spoiled by Fleetwood's injury time winner. Won't get to go to the jittery final home game but its just been nominated as the Sky live game. Odds-on Fleetwood will win theirs so do we stick or twist only needing a point ????? Secondary question is, will Gary Madine be fit or further distracted knobbing Adam Johnson's ex ?

For those going to PV/Stoke I can highly recommend the Holy Inadequate in Etruria pre-game and the Glebe in Stoke central post-game - award-winning ales, pies and far enough away from the morons and police escorts.
