Boydie I feel your pain. But in the same breath can't help feeling pleased that that tosser Westley is having a torrid time.

You're definitely going down. Adam's is doing an alright job at Morecambe, and unless Macclesfield get docked more points, there's only one outcome.

It would help if you could hold a lead.
Should never have got him back. Mark Sampson was doing OK, had the defence looking very solid, just lacking goals for. Westley ruined all of that. Now we're left with an even bigger squad of st.
I've nothing against Stevenage, Boydie, but I couldn't wish them well while he was still there. I've met literally thousands of people in 40 years of either playing, watching or working in football but he is the most arrogant, strange, rude and downright obnoxious man I have ever met. Only met him once, asked him a polite question (which would have done him a favour) and he told me to "do what you fking like". From that point on, I hope he failed at every job he ever got.

Now I can back you again! thumbup

So Blackpool are looking for a new manager. Wasn't to keen on Grayson returning, but he did have a good record getting teams into the championship, although his last 2 jobs (now 3) didn't go well. He was allowed to make lots of transfers in January, something like 12 in and 10 out.

Lots of people hoping for Ian Evatt who seems to doing good things at Barrow in the National League, currently top by 4pts. He's a legend here having played for us for 7years, including a year in the Prem.

Pleased with the new coach? Not one I saw coming and no track record to look to, but Grayson showed past performance is no guide to the future. I’m enthused by it though. Hugely qualified and not had a bad manager to look up to at LFC. Thought Dunn did very well to get the team playing as they did against Bolton and Ipswich (in patches at least).

Might be a good time to 'out' myself as a Coventry fan.

This is the most enjoyable season Ive watched in nearly 50 years. I hope I dont have to wait the same again for a better one.

I think right now it's yours to lose to be honest. Hopefully Pompey will be joining you for auto promotion, too many errors early in the season cost us (we let games go in the ast 10 minutes too many times).
Pompey have two seriously important games coming up next though, away to Peterborough on Saturday and at home to Fleetwood the following Tuesday (a game in hand).

Ash (Pompey season ticket holder)

RIP Dan McCauley, ex Plymouth Argyle chairman in the 90s. A divisive character but missed all he same.

Agreed. Some of the best of times and worst of times equally.

Some of the very best attacking football I've seen was under Shilton and McCauley. Note I didn't mention defensive!

Haha, the irony of crowing over a 4-0 defeat! Anyway, laugh away, after that shambles yesterday I can’t do anything other than suck it up so bring it on chaps *grr*.

Yes, but two cup finals in one season, two 4-0, but only one that mattered and you picked the wrong one! rofl

Guess that makes us even then: we lost the one that mattered and so did you.

It would have mattered if we had missed out on automatic promotion and had to take the chance of getting pumped at Wembley.

It did to you. Might not have to your league position but don’t kid yourself it didn’t matter.

You keep telling yourself that but deep down you know it mattered.

It was painful yes, but it's been sweetened by getting the fk out of L2. How is yesterday's result going to be sweetened for you?

When you come back down next season and swap places with us. Just as it was the kick up the arse you needed to end up being handed promotion it’ll be the one we need to do it properly next season.

You'll have to get automatic promotion because you've proven time and time again that the big stage really isn't for you.
How is that clutching at straws going for you? You'll be telling us green is a horrible colour for a kit next.

Ant, we got promoted, you bottled it. Again.

To say we got handed promotion is rubbish. It you hadn't choked like you did, are you telling me you wouldn't have taken it?

And the 4-0 only mattered to those knuckle draggers on both sides who think it's more than a game of football. To me it was unfortunate, it meant days of having it ripped out of me.

As Ryan said on Sky in answer to the question 'do you think they'll go up automatically next season? No.'
