Shame about Jack, Arsenal through and through. Injury has played a part, but he's never quite lived up to his potential with good consistent runs of excellence. I think the fact that his new suitors are likely to be Palace and West Ham says it all.
I'm pleased to see that the new regime are taking no prisoners.

It's great. Early signings and getting the business done to prepare for the season in what is a difficult summer with the world cup being on. Our back line is certainly going to look very different at times next season. This shake up is so long overdue though, like 10 years. I'm just gutted that i am away for the first game of the season.

An AW indulgence I feel, so as soon as AW was gone, Jack was history as well.It is a shame, another unfulfilled English talent. If he does go to WHU, he'll be joining up with Flappyhandski again, as he just been signed from Swansea.

Yes exactly. I think Jack knew that if he was fit he was likely to play under Wenger, who always had unwavering faith in a certain core of players. Under Emery things look to be very different, and he didn't want to be a bench warmer. It is a shame, another unfulfilled English talent. He's a immature horrible little st that brings nothing to any team.I'm pleased to see that the new regime are taking no prisoners.
Far better off without him & his embarrassing antics.

Perhaps, he claims the contract was still on offer, but he wanted regular 1st team football. Who knows It'll come out at some point when someone writes a book.
He hints at that in his message, grumbling on about "There will be the opportunity to talk properly when the time is right". Just like his omission from the England squad, which he was still making sarky comments ten days later, he thinks he's right and others are all wrong. Arrogant, petulant and ill disciplined and both England and Arsenal are better off without him. Gassing Station | Football | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
