Poor show Edinburger, your team loses 2on the spin and then you find out your new managers lift might not go right to the top and all you can do is have another go at Rangers and their fans.

Great day for Celtic and the fans celebrating 8 in a row and Hearts showing a bit of class doing the guard of honour.
Johnson, Dembele and Henderson bode well for the future and a few faces showed that they new they won’t be at Paradise next season to savour 9iar.

Mind the GAP. biglaugh

That’s Clarke announced as our new manager. I think he’ll do a fine job because of his varied past experience.

Will Scotland-following Rangers fans celebrate him or continue sing and abuse him for being a Fenian bd though?

Hopefully the Tartan Army will get behind the players and staff as they do most of the time.

Terrible game of football.

How on earth has Lennon managed to suck out so much life out of a team? The entire team are flat and slow as hell yet again.

Hearts have a big chance of winning.

Having Rogic on the pitch is like playing with 10 men and Lustig doesn’t look fit.

What an arrogant commentator on BBC Scotland. 9 mins to go and the two team Scottish league winners have completed the treble

Tell that idiot to go and watch the Ajax v Spurs game

The game is not 81 mins .FFS that game ans the fawning over Rangers and Celtic is a joke and so are the teams

Small fish, even smaller pool

Lennon has been offered the Celtic job full time. I guess the board are watching something different to everyone else.

Even the players didn't really want to answer the question after the game and their performances have made it clear.

Aye, if I was a Hoops fan I wouldn't be too happy about this.

Why spend big money on a big name manager when you can get Lennon for buttons and still win everything in Scotland? They're not likely to do anything in Europe again as the standard has risen way out of the reach of any Scottish team. Just the way it is.!

That's disappointing, not sure who I wanted but it sure wasn't NL.

He'll need to make some signings that really buy into him.

If Rangers keep Gerrard, Morelos, Arfield and Tavernier for next season then I can see things being a lot closer.

That sounds like the board's mentality. They'll look at the fact Lennon started 7 points ahead and finished 9 ahead. The performances were awful at the same time.

Look what Rodgers did. Players that had already been written off all upped their game and stopped the need to sign expensive replacements. A good manager is worth a fortune.

Lennon on the other hand has managed to make the very same players all look poor again. Rumour is training is far too easy and players get far too many days off. It shows on the park badly.

The gap between the elite and the rest is getting too wide. On saying that Barcelona have just lost to Valencia who Celtic were unlucky against this year. There was a few positive results too.

I think Rangers need to punt Morelos for some cash, but maybe this appointment gives more hope for next season and to carry the debts on?

Strange comments by Gerrard on Morelos. Saying they've only had one offer for Morelos of €3m. Makes Traynor look like an idiot again after his previous claims that nobody believed anyway.

Clarke leaving Killie is big for Rangers too. He schooled Gerrard all too often.

Celtic will be improved with Tierney and Griffiths back. That Shved looks a real player, but will he fit in a Lennon team?

Are they going for the cheap option for a manager and going to give him big money to spend?

It's a really poor appointment. It lacks ambition and smacks of contempt.

Given that Lennon left last time because the board wouldn’t support him with transfer funds, hopefully he’s been made some assurances. It is clear the team are tired, to be fair they have played a lot of games through the season. Some key signings are needed urgently, like half a defence and some midfield creativity. As said KY and hopefully Griff will be back.
