I can’t stand either side of the Old Firm but fair play, their European adventures this season have worked wonders for the national coefficient.

More teams in Europe, entering in later rounds, and an easier qualification route for the national team. I think we can all applaud that.

It looks like two Champions League slots and three teams in the Europa League with the current ranking according to the Daily Record today.

As comebacks go, last night must be right up there. Did we deserve to win? Probably not. Do I care? Again, no!!!!

Whilst huge credit needs to go to Braga for the way they played, we were the architects of our own problems with silly mistakes. So many loose balls and misplaced passes. It needs to be much better in the return leg or we will get our arses handed to us.

Good result for Celtic away from home too.

It would be incredible to have two Scottish teams in the last 16 of the competition. Let's hope neither of them fluff it.

Just watching the various highlights on the UEFA website, there are some very effective teams in the competition. Looked like Kamada (Frankfurt) scored a perfect hattrick.

Celtic were very poor in the second half, especially once Brown went off.

Copenhagen weren't particularly great, Celtic should have enough in the locker to see them off on the home leg.

I watched the Sevco game afterwards. How they came away with a win I'll never know, but it's all good for the coefficient.

They didn't consider all available evidence according to the SFA statement?

How much evidence did they have to consider? The video clip barely last 30 seconds and shows all you need to see and know.

It's embarrassing.

The entire SFA structure needs disbanded and start again. Over and over any issue take an age to determine, and then the wrong choice is made. Can anyone point out the last time they did anything competent? Admin of the club game, the national team, the national stadium, player discipline, TV, commercials deals etc etc, it is all totally shambolic. Time to start again.

So, that looks like the title race now over after the results from this afternoon.

Must be tempting for The Rangers to now really focus on the two cup competitions, resting key players ad doing all they can to progress in Europe and then look to salvage the season with a Scottish Cup win.

Christ alone knows what went on during the 'winter break' but they have been a shadow of the team that beat Celtic before the break, and to be truthful deserved to win the League Cup. How many has Morelos got in 2020? Has he 'downed tools' ahead of forcing through a move away from Ibrox.

Meantime, I was at Pittodrie yesterday, Dons looked knackered, perhaps unsurprisingly given their exploits in med-week and then having to pay 60 minutes with 10 mean after a sensless sending off.

12 points is too much. It'll take a calamitous collapse by Celtic now. The other issue is Rangers aren't exactly showing the form to take advantage of any slip up.

Just looking at the stats Morelos has only scored 1 more league goal than Christie, Cosgrove and Doige. Cosgrove has been dropped as he's not scored in ages, Doige couldn't score a tap in until Hibs changed their manager and Christie is a midfielder. I thought he had scored a lot more than 12 league goals. He's scored 1 goal this year and it was a late meaningless goal against Hamilton.

Morelos isn't the only one playing badly, but Rangers making a fool of him in Lambogate and Translategate wouldn't help. There is something wrong. Rangers must be worried that one of their few sellable assets is depreciating in front of their eyes.

Frustrating for Aberdeen's form to go up and down like a yo-yo. They are now 9 points worse off that they were last year. That's a big dip. I can remember McInnes getting defensive earlier in the season when Aberdeen were getting criticised for poor form. He pointed at the league and said they were better off on points than last year.

Maybe it is time for a change. It still feels risky.

I don’t think anything went on in the winter break apart from them thinking they had won the league after all the hype after the old firm game and Slippy screaming into the camera!
Morelos is not a team player which was really obvious after the booking on Thursday night ,he though we’re out anyway and hardly did a thing for the remainder of the match!
TheThursday night result was a total freak and rangers should have been beaten out of sight but Braga thought the game was over and totally took the eye of the ball and then could not pick their game up when rangers scored!

Yes, why do you disagree?
If so which part?

Michael Stewart has been ‘reminded about editorial guidelines’, and will be back this week on the BBC. Good.

When you watch Sportscene with Malky Mackay, Neil McCann or James McFadden you can see it's not as good. The standard of pundits we have in Scottish football is poor.

Only a few make much sense or have the balls to offer an opinion. They'll all be forced to be fence sitters to avoid offending anyone and face suspension. Being right isn't enough.

Rangers should have killed this game.

Just like Ibrox Braga really can't defend at all. They are shockingly poor at the back.
