Did Barkas sleep with your wife? Neil Lennon has dropped Vasils Barkas and Scott and the Hoops boss has restored. Scott Bain.

He's injured.
Entertaining second half.
It is the case when you're playing poor everything goes against you. Every mistake ends up a goal and the ball falls unkindly.
It was a poor mistake by Duffy, but most of the time nothing would come of it. Everything he touches at the moment falls apart. He does look too slow. Hard to believe he is a premier league quality defender and the captain of Ireland.
Another lucky ricochet for Aberdeen's second goal.
Poor play not to see the game out and ending up with last ditch tackles giving away another penalty is basic stuff.
It is hard to pin the blame on individual players when everyone is playing poorly. I don't think Celtic can risk keeping Lennon and his coaching team. There is something really wrong at the moment.

I don't think he's really the right man for the job either but who's available? I can't really think of anyone off the top of my head that would be good enough and who would want the job.Algarve said:

How good a manager do you think Celtic need? There has never been the elite managers of Europe clambering to come to Scotland, but anyone with a decent knowledge of football will get far more out of that squad of players.
If Celtic can put a deal together to attract someone like Rodgers I don't think it would be too hard to get someone like Eddie Howe.
A very frustrating game.
Aberdeen worked hard, but didn't really do much, certainly in the first half, yet every mistake Celtic made at the back was punished.
At the point Aberdeen found themselves 2- 1 up, apart from the "penalty" they only had one other shot on target.
Its just one of these games where nothing really goes your way.
From a Celtic perspective anyway.

At this stage last season, Celtic were only a couple of points better off than now. I think they had lost 2-0 to Livingston and drawn one game. That’s what I tell myself when the alarm bells starting ring
I thought Duffy would bring solidity to the defence but yet another billy big boots from the EPL found wanting in Scotland! As for no managers good enough out there how about Allegri or Valverde but Eddie Howe would integrate quicker and easier being British but whether these class of managers would come to Scotland’s backwater is very doubtful.

Will anyone want to come if its looking like the wheels have come off 9.75 in a row and Europe isn't looking great? I wouldn't be overly keen to come in and try and deal with Lennons mess and then get all the blame myself when its mission impossible. You might need a win against the French this week to get someone decent to come in. But if you get that then that might buy Lennon a reprieve for now anyway.
I think Lennon might be here to the end of the season now. I had thought they'd fire him at first but now I don't think anyone wants his job.

Could be a poison chalice like the Sevco job was and they had to get the Liverpool kids coach.
We had pretty much nothing to lose by taking a chance on someone untested like Gerrard. We weren't capable of winning the league at that point in time. Great start to the game today, 1 in a row begins.

What makes you think nobody will want the job? When have Celtic ever been looking for a manager and nobody wanted the job? You might need a win against the French this week to get someone decent to come in. But if you get that then that might buy Lennon a reprieve for now anyway.

Until last week Celtic had the chance to be top of the league. They couldn't have sacked Lennon last week. Why did you think he was up for the sack last week, but not this?
You're aren't half coming away with some nonsense in the last week. You are getting too carried away.
