Time for the SFA to start stripping the titles they won during the use of EBT's. Channel 4s Alex Thompson saying they won 14 trophies during that time and is calling for them to be stripped.

It's an amazing result though. They're just bunch of unknown no hopers from a small country, but I still expected them to beat Progres Niederkorn.

Titles have to be stripped now. It should never have taken so long to reach this very obvious final decision.

It will be curious to see how many English clubs are now going to be chased for millions.

None. The English clubs did the sensible thing and paid HMRC all back taxes.

None. The English clubs did the sensible thing and paid HMRC all back taxes.

I'm not sure that's correct. There is plenty of reports that suggest the reason that HMRC perused Rangers so hard was to get this decision and to be able to peruse other clubs. It's not as if they are going to recover any money from Rangers as they were liquidated.

Yup indeed, a former sevco striker I know was paid 80k every 6 months of his 4 year deal through this means, citing at the time it was a bonus from Murray due to him not getting a signing on fee when moving from a team in the city of discovery
