One of our best players and I'm overchuffed that we've tied him down

I can't see the point in that match being on the TV. It's not exactly a clash of the titans is it? We have to wait all that time for our first home game of the season and it's on a Monday... Bad news is that our first home game (Huddersfield) has been shifted to 20:00, Mon 11 Sep. fking sky.

More good news. Season tickets sold out again:

The waiting list is still 48,000 according to the article. I didn't renew this year due to various reasons, stupidly thinking I could miss out 1 year and get back in no problem. If that figure's true, I'll not be getting one again in a decade . My only hope is that because I need a wheelchair space, there might be less people after them and I might get lucky.

There seemed to be lots of space in the wheelchair section last season - couple of places didn't seem to be used at all, bit surprised at that length of list still though! http://www.whufc.com/news/articles/2017/july/06-ju...

What stand was that in? I was in the west stand upper and there were no spare spaces on my level that I could see. I saw a few that were occasionally unused in the scaffold section below... I'll get my name on the list for 2018/19 and hope I get lucky. As for the size of the waiting list, it might be propaganda know how David Sullivan operates... Having said that, I can't see the point in exaggerating the number as surely it would put people off putting their name on the list. So maybe it is true, in which case it is surprising!

That was the games when Carroll was actually on the pitch.

Apparently Hart is on his way here tomorrow on a year long loan. Presumably Adrian or Randolph will be off then.
Not particularly keen on that as I think other areas need attention first. http://www.whufc.com/news/articles/2017/july/18-ju...
