Typically they scored first & then had someone sent off before we scored three in the second half.

Game's showing as a 15:00 KO on Sat 26th so won't be on TV - although maybe it'll be one that gets shifted.

Given the last four names out the hat last night were Arsenal, Palace, Spurs and Man Utd would be surprised if we were shown. If it were Sky I am sure they would show us, they love to only show our games where historically we get a thumping, how many times have Liverpool West Ham been the live match!

True - might be a BBC one though & televised. I'll be coming back from skiing on the Saturday so I hope it's moved for TV to the Sunday.

It's good if a little small, although there's easy access to the adjacent Valley where they have upgraded some lifts recently + there's several other resorts nearby.

Snow's generally quite reliable - last season best I've ever seen.

The resort is v.quiet though & mostly French; only a couple of bars & handful of restaurants, decent value though (as is the ski pass).

I've never been skiing in Eastern Europe - ought to really.

It was the same season I think, or maybe the season before, but the goal got lost in time. Di Canio takes a corner and lobs it to the edge of the box on the corner of the box nearest to him, Cole controls it on his knee with a keepie uppie before lobbing it to the back post, Sinclair goes horizontal about 5 feet off the ground with a scissor kick into the far corner. Astonishingly good goal - think it was against Derby or similar...will go see if I can find it!
