Not sure what the figure was for morata,think there was a premium for us not selling them de gea.

But yes,the lower fee is the one that generally counts as few hit the stipulations.I don't know how true it is but heard the lukaku stipulations are pretty difficult to achieve for example,likewise Martial fee was quoted as 60m but £25m is add ons.

Fantastic finish! Getting it in that angle with pressure at speed and two defenders charging to the line was excellent..
