It's not been mentioned yet but I thought Henderson had a great game against Leicester too.
Making his mark off the pitch too.http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/foot...
Good man.
Please don't start on the "he's settled where he lives, his kids are happy at their schools"...
I heard this exact tone when Liverpool fans were trying to convince themselves when the rumours of barca moving in for Suarez started circulating. It's was quite amusing on here..
Sorry but Coutinho will probably leave for a big club. Get over it.

I don't think we need a new target. Unless there is a another top quality box-to-box midfielder out there.
Lots of news outlets are still reporting that he does have a £48m exit clause despite what their sporting director said last week. If Coutinho stays this season, may go after Keita next summer but of course other vultures will be circling too.

I'm pretty sure In the whole of football with 80m to spend there is another CM who could improve us Lots of news outlets are still reporting that he does have a £48m exit clause despite what their sporting director said last week. How many of us had heard of Keita before we went for him?

I would chuck £30-40m at Arsenal and see if we can get Ox from them. If not, I'd just hold out and wait till next summer for Keita.
What do you think he would bring that would be an improvement on our current options? I know he wants to be Steven Gerrard, but that doesn't mean he is. I don't see him playing in the midfield 3 and I don't see him improving the front 3. I realise we have 4 competitions, but isn't that the point of signing Salah and we have Woodburn coming through, Ings coming back etcAlso 35-40m in the last year of his contract, must value him at 60+m if he were in the middle of his contract. Even with today's silly prices that seems excessive and hasn't he been injured quite a bit?

Surely he's not worth anywhere near that, not much playing time, injuries and mostly on the bench is how I remember him. £25m would be my max if lucky enough to write the cheque!I'd say he's better than Can, gives us an option in the midfield who is able to tackle and take players on - more direct that Lallana and Henderson. He doesn't have the passing guile of Lallana or Coutinho but then he's better than them defensively.
He's not worth £30-40m no, but then he has English tax AND we're talking about needing a sum of money to tempt one of our direct rivals to sell us a player!
