Transport to/from Wembley

Travel from Bracknell and after trying every combination known to man taking between 2.5-3 hours to get home afterwards, Even walking to Preston Road for the Met 40 mins!!! and to Alperton for the Pic to Uxbridge another 40 bloody mins!! rather than standing for an hour to get to Wembley Park, the Gods finally smiled

Out of Stadium at 16.56 home and having a pint at the New Leathern Bottle annual steam up at Jealots Hill at 18.10.

As Kammy would say

UNBELIEVABLE

Trying the same route for the pool game and if it pans out.......Great

Milton Keynes to Wembley Central, direct train no changes, under an hour. I can't even get to WHL that quickly! More Saturday 3pm kick offs please.

Thought I’d pop in their thread and see what they thought of the slip up against Watford.

Turns out they’ve all given up on the club on here. Only 7 posts since 29/09. yikes

And 3 of those posts appear to be from non-Arsenal fans.

These are sad days if you're a gooner. biggrin

Ouch! Those random drive-by trollings really smart don't they? hehe

I notice he doesn't signal his own colours. Probably another distraught gooner.

I have been looking at the webcams today, and the corner steels look almost complete for the new Park Lane end..... as we get closer to November though, i'd still say its looking damn tight for a time frame.... WHL2 is looking mightly impressive already though, I think they have made a lot of the steels for the roof to be lifted into place too at new Paxton end.... I guess thats what they are anyway.

I see Deli is travelling to give support to the team, some people may think it's to meet his new boss wink

I thought he'd go anyway. To be fair, would you miss a free trip to the Bernabeu, even if you weren't playing? He'll also get to watch the match from some of the best seats in the house.

Re atmosphere at the ground. Iirc, the acoustics of the new stadium has been a major aspect of its design. It's being built specifically to enhance the atmosphere.

We shall see hear.
