It's actually shocking how a title winning side squad has been dismantled.

Top 4 looking a big ask already.

If Chelski lose today, i'm calling it a crisis.
What's that, 8 defeats in their last 10 games at Wembley

You're calling it a crisis for the Spuds now, presumably?

hehe

Have some of that! Fantastic win and outstanding defending from the boys.

Felt like we were playing 12 rather than the 9 we should have been. That Alli hitting the deck at every opportunity as well.

Glorious win.

yeah but did you see how well they played, how they nearly scored as many as Chelsea and nearly won the match?? They really did almost Put The Pressure On today.
And hardly spent anything, ever!

Oh yes, I'm sure that if they play that way every week they'll be challenging for all honours

(c) Arsene Wenger

If only they could also get the opposition to play in the 'right' way that is

I walked past the local Ladbroke's this morning. They were offering 11/1 on Chelsea winning 2:1.

I thought about putting a tenner on, and decided against. More fool me. Especially as we scored all the goals.

More of a smash and grab than blowing the opposition away, but 3 points is 3 points. Impressive how the players kept their heads and got the job done, which was a far cry from the 15-16 season or last week.

All summer I've been reading about Marcus Alonso's shortcomings, and getting someone better in on the left, and I've not really understood why. Hopefully today shuts down that debate.

Agreed. I think a lot of it was down to the opinion that, last season, he played well beyond himself and could not keep it up. Looks like he is just a decent player after all...

Don't be sad about losing to us. It's normal.

Morata at the moment is looking like another Torres. Not impressed at all.

Definitely. I mean he's been given a game and a half which is an excessive bedding in period.

When you started a new job did your boss question your ability by 10:30 on the first morning?

And we shouldn't tolerate the excuse he's not match fit yet.

Plus he's playing in a different role to the way he was normally played at Real.

We gave Torres years and years and years. Lets give Alvaro a couple of months before we get the pitchforks out.

Loads of rumours about Conte going....surely not? Surely!? Insane if so.
