Not great today, but we're thru. Morata...great in the air, woeful on the ground.

We sold our allocation but they didn't. How many cu semis are they expecting to get to.

Unlike Spuds, our recent semi record is pretty good I think. Since 1990 I can only recall losing 3, 1996, 2006 and 2013. We've won 10, 94, 97, 00, 02, 07, 09, 10,12, 17 and 18.

£80 to see a cameraman's fat arse instead of the goal.

I paid £30 to be up in the clouds. Great view, even if the players look like chess pieces from up there.

Swansea (A) tomorrow.

A must 3 points if we are to make the top 4. (Not that I think we will tbh).

I'm confident that we'll win at Swansea

I'm also confident that we'll be playing our European games on Thursday nights next season frown

I think we'll do ok, but no way we're going to overhaul 5 points in 4 games. Equally, with Arsenal facing Utd away, Burnley at home & Leicester away (they'll drop anything from 3-6 points across that lot imho) we're nailed on for 5th. So lets just play with a bit of freedom, perhaps some youngsters get a run out, make it the Conte departure party.

Swansea vs Chelsea: 3 points
Chelsea vs Liverpool: 1 point scratchchin
Chelsea vs Huddersfield: 3 points
Newcastle vs Chelsea: hmmmmm.....

Spurs vs Watford: 3 points
West Brom vs Spurs: 3 points
Spurs vs Newcastle: 3 points scratchchin
Spurs vs Leicester: 3 points

What about Liverpool? Or do you think that they are too far away?

Definitely. They've only got Stoke & Brighton at home, and us away. Can't see less than 4 points in that, more likely 6-7. Even 4 points puts them on 75, which is our maximum, and they've a huge goal difference advantage.

For all that Spurs & Liverpool are capable of league slip ups (Liverpool-West Brom 2-2, Brighton-Spurs 1-1...) we're well capable of this ourselves....

I know these games with Swansea and Huddersfield are not a given (especially at the moment rolleyes), but beating Liverpool at home next week would certainly make the last game a bit more interesting for those who consider the CL as the holy grail. Personally, I'd prefer to take a year away to rebuild as we have done in the past because at the moment we're just not good enough.

I know we've had some duffers in the past but Bakayoko is certainly up there with the worst of them ! Great finish from Cesc clap

Well that was a hell of a game, huh? OK maybe not, but we got an away result, and Swansea are more dangerous than Stoke. 3 points gained over the bin dippers. It's something. We're just more nailed on for 5th than ever imho....

Quite

And is "dippers" something that we are called by all teams now?
Thought it was just united.

That game summed up our season. Take an early lead, miss 30 chances, and either concede late on or scrape home by the skin of our teeth. It's like groundhog day watch us play.

Quite right, typical Chelsea game this season, dominate the game but unable to finish them off then struggle to get to the final whistle. Couldn't believe Hazard, Fabrigas and Giroud being replaced as they were linking up very well where as Bakayoko was Swansea's best player rolleyes
